Great Product
We have been using the BB 2000 for the past 6 mouths with no issues. It functions as described. This model was selected because of two reasons. The washing wand is made of stainless steel. This is important because of resistance to breaking and also sanitization. Most all other brands use plastic. The other reason is the on demand water heater. This unit has never run out of hot/warm water. This unit has met our expectations!!

We updated from the BB1000 because……want to know why? We are building a shop…a shop, mind you, and hubby wanted a bidet in the shop! So, being the smart wife I am, I told him we would upgrade ours in the house and put our old one in the shop. Great purchase and we’re both delighted. Love some updated features such as the night light, compact remote, self clean stainless nozzle, to name a few.

BioBidet BB 2000. Extremely pleased with our purchase. Nice design, really like the stainless steel wand, durable, easy to use and equipped with several remote features. We purchased the filters, as we have hard water. So far, well worth the price.

I Thought I Already Owned the Top of the Line
In the past 20 years, I have had three premier bidets in my house. They have operated flawlessly. When redoing a bathroom, I intended to buy the same brand, but then saw an ad for Biobidet and was impressed by the thousands of reviews. Yet, still skeptical, times being what they are, I read more articles on the technology. Biobidet's design addressed a lot of concerns and then some. I I was also motivated by the fact the Biobidet is a US company, which I seek to support --all things being equal....

I I was also motivated by the fact the Biobidet is a US company, which I seek to support --all things being equal. I decided to chance it (also has an excellent warranty). I have only had it for a month, but it is outstanding. The fact that the nozzle is stainless steel puts it in a class by itself. But there are so many things to applaud: the wide cleaning, the water stream propulsion, the comfort––all of it is top of the line. Hats off to Biobidet!

Highly Recommended!
I purchased the BB-1700 series two weeks ago. So far so good up until now. It's another level of experience I've ever had. They sent the product with care and provided fast shipping. BB-1700 was so smart, it has a stainless steel nozzle to be easily cleaned and maintained. You know, the BB is manufactured in South Korea and I know that South Korean people typically use the bidet for a smart and clean bathroom life. So I was very excited to have it and it's perfect for me and my family. I'll recommend it to my friends!

I called the company rather than order online and spoke with a representative that was very knowledgeable and answered all questions I had, and I had many! My order arrived two days later than what was projected but there was bad weather in the Midwest so this may have slowed down shipment. I installed the seat in just about an hour; was very easy and it went well. Of course I had to try it right away! Having never used one before I found it to be an interesting experience. I took some time to learn the remote and all the features this model has which is many! It did work as the instructions said it should and I must say there is a learning curve on getting the most performance with this product. At the risk of giving too much information, I am prone to constipation problems and was most anxious to try the Turbo wash feature. I was very impressed with this mode and must admit that it is a big help in alleviating the constipation. Had to figure out which pressure level to use and right location to be in so it work properly for me. As for the other modes, they all worked perfectly and I am very pleased with the performance of the bidet seat. I especially like the wide range of water pressure available. As with the other reviews, there is just a second of cooler water at first but nothing to really complain about. For those on the fence wondering which model to get, I would recommend this model because of its range of water pressure and stainless steel wand construction. Only one complaint, the remote panel does not light up so it could be used at night without turning on the lights. Thank you to the staff for all their help. Would definitely recommend buying from Bidet KIng!

Excellent choice
I researeched a long time before making this purchase and had the help of BK customer service. The chart they have comparing all of the bidets features was a great help. This BB2000 hit every mark on my must haves. Low profile, ssteel nossle, nite light, remote, many functions. Its very easy to use and set up. Being short,i was worried about the added heigth to the comfort height toilet we recently installed. The BB heighth addition was minimal. Its cleaning ability is spot on, comfortable and refreshingly clean. Great choice!

The best bidet out there!
I just purchased the BB-2000 recently after having the USPA6800 unit for several years. The 6800 unit started leaking and I decided to purchase the BB2000 seat. There has been quit a few improvements on the BB2000. I just installed it today so to be honest I only used it once but from all indications I believe I will like the new unit better than the previous seat! The first Bio Bidet toilet seat really performed well however it only lasted about a year and a half before it started leaking. from...

There has been quit a few improvements on the BB2000. I just installed it today so to be honest I only used it once but from all indications I believe I will like the new unit better than the previous seat! The first Bio Bidet toilet seat really performed well however it only lasted about a year and a half before it started leaking. from us having But truthfully I think possibly this could be caused from so much calcium in out well water and possibly causing the nozzle to plug up. The BB2000 has a replaceable stainless steel nozzle that can be changed if the nozzle were to plug up again. This is a big reason that I upgraded to the BB2000. Plus the new one has a 3 year warranty.
