Works Well—When it Works... (No replacement parts]
We bought this unit about two years ago. It worked well for about 18 months, the unit has some design flaws: *Sometimes the nozzle leaks slightly – maybe a drop per minute, and the lever has to be adjusted "just right" to stop the leak. *The "housing" for the retracted nozzles gets dirty quickly and is difficult (and disgusting) to clean. *Once the electric LED light switch unit stops working (~18 months), it cannot be repaired and NO REPLACEMENT IS AVAILABLE. Customer support is quite snotty about this: "It's out of warranty. You'll have to buy another full seat set."
