Powerful water jets, easy to install and use. Good value. Only issues are minor. Seat is considerably smaller than the regular seat but, that's because they have to make room for the plumbing. Also first installed the recommended way with the rubber expansion nuts but seat was never secure not matter how tight. Ended up using the provided plastic wing nuts and seat is much more secure. 

I didn’t have an outlet by my toilet so I had to make do with an unseated bidet. This was easy to install, works well, nice pressure and looks nice. Be sure to measure your toilet to be sure the seat will fit, mine was a bit off, but still works nicely. I would recommend this bidet if you can’t hook up a heated one.

Very nice and as described. Would have given it a 5 but beware of the plumbing fitting. It was poorly threaded and damaged the threads on the plumbing line. Went to Lowes and got a better one, and of course a new line. Works great for the rear and my GF says its great for the front. Will buy another for the guest baths....

I've had a couple of bidet add-ons and thought I would try a seat instead. I definitely like the seat better. There's no slipping around or anything and it hits the right spots.

Wow! What a nice lifestyle change. The quality of this product is great. The instructions to install and use are very clear and user friendly. I am ready to buy up the next level. Within the first month I feel that it paid for itself by way of savings in toilet paper. The only negative I have is that WE DID NOT MAKE THE SWITCH SOONER! 

I picked this bio bidet model because it seemed unassuming (just a lever rather than a control panel). It has been great so far! The install was very easy and I feel like it gives me the benefits of a bidet without some of the complications (such as trying to find an outlet for heat control, obtrusive control panels). 

Now I’m one of the those people who rave to everyone about my bidet. My wife has always talked about them so I got one for her. Heated seat and water. Nice ambient night light. Wish I would’ve known how nice these are years ago.

The instructions for installation are some of the best illustrated that I have ever seen. The controls are very accessible and easy to use. This item is easily adjustable to fit the toilet. I highly recommend this item. I bought this about 6 months ago; it is still working perfectly.

This is a great, basic bidet, for the entry level bidet user or for someone who just wants the basics. It does a very good job and is manufactured in America! It's nice looking, works great, is super easy to install, and doesn't have to get shipped from overseas to get to the US. It's hard to find one of these made in the US, and I'm happy to have found this one!
