I’ll be honest at first I didn’t like the toilet seat because when you sat on it and got off, it would beep several times. Very annoying. I still liked it, so I decided to keep it, even though the annoying beep, the nightlight is fantastic, the heated seat is phenomenal, water pressure is just right, easy to use and functions well. Then I decided to do some research, I’m a bit tech savvy, so I’ve decided to disable the beeper possibly, I went on YouTube and watched the video that looked very involved, and I didn’t really feel like dealing with it that much, then I started doing research, and I found a guy that said how to turn it off, so I thought hey I’ll give it a try, sure enough it worked, now no beep 🙂 so now it’s excellent. 🙌🏻 Read Less

We have been using this for 2 weeks now after having a handyman install it. It works extremely well for me and my wife is adjusting to it. Chose this one because it is the simplest of the electrics and has the lowest profile. Flip a lever and it works, push the big button if you need to - simple! Being a large man I was concerned I would not be able to reach it comfortably but there's no issue. It's low profile makes it look very much like an ordinary seat and it does not throw you forward... We have been using this for 2 weeks now after having a handyman install it. It works extremely well for me and my wife is adjusting to it. Chose this one because it is the simplest of the electrics and has the lowest profile. Flip a lever and it works, push the big button if you need to - simple! Being a large man I was concerned I would not be able to reach it comfortably but there's no issue. It's low profile makes it look very much like an ordinary seat and it does not throw you forward like others but it is a little different than your regular seat. It does a great job cleaning! It seems to take about 20-40 seconds to get clean, then I wait another 30 seconds to air dry and I'm on my way. The water is warm enough and it seems to have enough pressure without using the "turbo wash". This is so much better than wiping with paper - no "racing stripes"! Highly recommend for anyone struggling to reach or who wants a more hygienic way to do what we we all have to do. Read Less

By the time they unpacked it, almost a year had passed so they couldn’t return or exchange, hence it came to us. We were about to move so we saved it for our new home and a couple weeks ago we installed it. Installation was very simple and straightforward, and within minutes we were happily testing it out. We got this as a gift from family because they bought it without checking their bowl shape, and they bought it in advance of a bathroom renovation. By the time they unpacked it, almost a year had passed so they couldn’t return or exchange, hence it came to us. We were about to move so we saved it for our new home and a couple weeks ago we installed it. Installation was very simple and straightforward, and within minutes we were happily testing it out. Worked great, plenty of pressure and none of the connectors leaked which is always nice. It’s a comfortable seat too, and we really liked it. The fact that we were able to save toilet paper was cool but environmentally this comes at the expensive of increased water useage...not sure which is better to be honest. Needless to say, we were very pleased with the seat. However, two days ago water started pooling below the bidet/wash selector knob. Initially I thought it hadn’t been returned to the ‘off’ position but it was upright. I cleaned the water and the next morning it was there again. It became a twice daily ritual to clean up the water and we recently decided to remove the seat. Since it’s leaking at the knob, it’s not something that I can use plumbers tape or putty on. It’s likely a faulty internal seal. The warranty period has passed and we got it for free so we’re not too broken up about it, but for the brief period it was functioning we really liked it. It seems like a decent product, which the positive reviews here suggest, but I’d caution people to install it right away so any defects can be covered within the warranty period. This seat has a design flaw which the manufacturer does not acknowledge. The selector valve goes from off, to on full pressure then as you continue adjusting the lever to low pressure. This design has two problems 1) Usage is painful as you are subjected to a high pressure blast on you sensitive areas before you can dial the pressure down. 2) Flooding risk. The off position is with the lever in the fully upright position. Moving the lever ever so slightly forward or backwards results in a full... Read More

This design has two problems 1) Usage is painful as you are subjected to a high pressure blast on you sensitive areas before you can dial the pressure down. 2) Flooding risk. The off position is with the lever in the fully upright position. Moving the lever ever so slightly forward or backwards results in a full pressure stream of water leaving the toilet heading towards the ceiling. If the lid is down the water blasts off the lid and sprays out the side. If the lid is up, the water goes a surprisingly long way. There was no detent to hold the lever in the off position, so with small kids in the house I could only imagine calamity. I expressed these design flaws to customer service when I tried to return. However because it had been installed, they would not take it back. How I was supposed to know of the problems before I installed I am not sure. Since bio bidet does not appear to stand behind this product, you may want to also take that into consideration when shopping.  Read Less
