Good but it cannot be detached.
It works well and is easy to install. However, once it is installed, I cannot detach it from the "plate" that is screwed to the toilet. Did I mess up the connection between the bidet and the plate? Is there any "click" mechanism that connects the toilet and the plate? If so, how can I unlock the click mechanism? Thanks
Great product with easy installation
This bidet has all the features I love and was easy to install.
Very pleased
This product is replacing a much higher-priced SWASH unit that lasted for three years and then cracked in multiple places. Though we've only had it a week, it really seems like a step (or two) up from the one we had before. Installation was simple, though we used a dual valve, not the one supplied, at the recommendation of our plumber. That way, if needed, we can turn off the water to the bidet tank and still be able to use the toilet. It comes with very clear instructions and even a laminated card! Water flow, heat, fan, and adjustability are excellent. Love the night light. Highly recommend.
I would buy this product again.
The ease of assembly and the features of this product is great. There are several settings for the washing. The water is warm and so is the seat. It will also blow you dry. Great purchase.
Wonderful seat that includes so many comforts
I love this bidet. I installed one in every bathroom and my kids really appreciate a warm seat in the cold mornings. The nightlight is helpful and my kids tell their friends that they need to go home to use the bathroom. They try not to go outside the house!!!!
Affordable high end features.
Love the separate female and male cleaning features. And, I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the heated seat, along with the light. We already had a single feature bidet installed; so, it was easy to take it off and install this model with no problems. The only difference was that we had to add an electric cord, because our power source was not on the right side.
My best purchase in a long time.
Very easy and simple to install and use. I consider the BioBidet U770 to be the best purchase I’ve made in a long time. I have owned this unit almost 2 years and never had a problem with it. It’s full of all the features you wouldn’t want to go without and does an excellent job
East to get used to
The installation was pretty easy except for the seat release button. The instructions didn't help me find where it was. A quick call to service had that resolved. I find the water wash to be easier to get used to than I thought and a better cleaning job than toilet tissue
So far, so good.
Just received and installed this bidet two days ago. The only reason it's not 5 stars is because I ordered the round but received the elongated. Also, no cone washer or batteries as the ads and box information described. I kept the elongated because I read a review that all the contact points matched up, and they do. I have an American Standard round toilet and found that, if you put the metal bolt holders (2 of them with teeth on the end) in the middle of the plastic mounting bracket, it gi...
Just received and installed this bidet two days ago. The only reason it's not 5 stars is because I ordered the round but received the elongated. Also, no cone washer or batteries as the ads and box information described. I kept the elongated because I read a review that all the contact points matched up, and they do. I have an American Standard round toilet and found that, if you put the metal bolt holders (2 of them with teeth on the end) in the middle of the plastic mounting bracket, it gives enough room for the lid to lift completely and makes so there's no gap at the front of the toilet (between the lid and the base). First time using a bidet and it's still a little awkward for me. But, it's working as described and was easy to install. My only regret...my wife discussed this purchase with my work buddies and they had a good time grilling me about it. I'm comfortable in my manhood though!

I need a left handed Bidet do to a right shoulder injury but not willing to pay an electrician to run an outlet to my toilet so that I can see in the toilet which I will be "sitting on" nor do I need it to be heated since the toilet is INSIDE my house an not in the back yard outhouse. You want me to go from a simple install and product cost of $40 ish right side unit to well over $300 after the cost of an electrician.
