This product is replacing a much higher-priced SWASH unit that lasted for three years and then cracked in multiple places. Though we've only had it a week, it really seems like a step (or two) up from the one we had before. Installation was simple, though we used a dual valve, not the one supplied, at the recommendation of our plumber. That way, if needed, we can turn off the water to the bidet tank and still be able to use the toilet. It comes with very clear instructions and even a laminated card! Water flow, heat, fan, and adjustability are excellent. Love the night light. Highly recommend.

Wonderful seat that includes so many comforts
I love this bidet. I installed one in every bathroom and my kids really appreciate a warm seat in the cold mornings. The nightlight is helpful and my kids tell their friends that they need to go home to use the bathroom. They try not to go outside the house!!!!

Affordable high end features.
Love the separate female and male cleaning features. And, I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the heated seat, along with the light. We already had a single feature bidet installed; so, it was easy to take it off and install this model with no problems. The only difference was that we had to add an electric cord, because our power source was not on the right side.

I need a left handed Bidet do to a right shoulder injury but not willing to pay an electrician to run an outlet to my toilet so that I can see in the toilet which I will be "sitting on" nor do I need it to be heated since the toilet is INSIDE my house an not in the back yard outhouse. You want me to go from a simple install and product cost of $40 ish right side unit to well over $300 after the cost of an electrician.

I made sure I installed an outlet near the toilet before I started. That was WAY more work than installation of the seat. With that said it was totally worth it. The water pressure is adjustable and that makes for a nice experience. Along with the adjustable temperature you are all set. The seat is plastic and I would not go flopping down on the thing but is feels pretty well built. If I was in a colder environment I probably would have enjoyed this feature. Installation was pretty basic if you are OK with some simple plumbing. Keep your manual handy as there are some hidden features and things you may want to turn off and on that are not self explanatory. Like the night light, I wanted to turn it off and it was not hard to do but I did need to consult that manual. You can also make your own settings which is kinda cool. You will notice that your toilet paper consumption will go down and you will feel/be cleaner. Good product but if they make a sturdier model in the future I may venture into that.

I love having the heated water and night light
I really like saving on toilet paper since we have a septic system in the country where we have to have it pumped every few years. It just feels so much cleaner than using toilet paper. I thought the teenagers would have a hard time adjusting but they took right to it. I love all the features except the dryer. It would take 10 min. for that to completely dry you. It was also missing a pad for under the seat. Not a big deal but you want all of what you purchased to be there and not to have to go back out for something. I purchased this 3 weeks ago and everything has held up and my family and I are satisfied.

Nighlight is an issue
The cleaning features are nice and easy to use. Giving only 3 stars because the brackets it comes with to attach the toilet seat are flimsy and did not tighten enough to secure the seat. I ended up having to use the ones from my original toilet seat. Also, you cannot turn the "nightlight" off. This is a very serious flaw in my opinion as the light is an extremely bright blue, which is disruptive to sleep patterns. Definitely not what I want in my face when I use the bathroom in the middle of the night. I end up having to turn on the bathroom light to drown out the neon blue, which defeats the purpose of the nightlight in the first place.

At $400 for the U770 upgraded seat I really thought I'd be impressed with this bidet. I'm not. Install was extremely easy, those who have problems installing this must have it real easy and never done their own work. If you've installed any toilet seat you can install this. The quality is not, super cheap plastic seat feels terrible and has too much slant making your legs numb in about a minute. The bidet, wash, and turbo setting are indistinguishable from one another. The massage function just makes the already too weak water pressure even weaker which in and of itself makes this bidet a total fail. If it's not able to provide the power to wash you clean what's the point? The heated seat in my opinion is really foo foo. Your ass is cold? Really? Idk but I wear clothing and have a heated home. Room temp toilet seat of thin plastic warms up easy with my own body heat. The warm water I understand and works okay but will fade towards the end of one wash cycle and be gone for a second which with such little pressure is needed. The dryer works okay but after two minutes of wash cycle and 3 minutes of the dryer my legs a completely numb and getting up is an uncomfortable situation with numb feet. Overall I'm just really disappointed that this thing with all its bells and whistles fails to accomplish its primary mission. It just isn't effective nor efficient at cleaning you. I would prefer to not have to run it 2 or 3 times to get clean. It'd be nice if the plastic didn't feel ridiculously cheap and better yet if the easy to install mounting plate was actually half decent and held the bidet firmly in place which it absolutely does not. There is no feminine wash on the upgraded version but you do get a totally stupid led night light that is either on all the time or off. You'd think that a sensor would be appropriate and a timer for it to shut off the minimum but that's not the case. Similar to the heated seat if you use it it's on whether you're sitting on the toilet or not. How foolish and how cheap of bio bidet to not include auto off at least with something that could be dangerous like a heat function. It is also a beast and definitely turns an elongated seat into a small rounded like seat which is unfortunate for men as there is nowhere to place the goods except on and over the seat. Overall I'm bummed out cuz this doesn't do what its supposed to at its most basic level yet it does do a bunch of extra things you just don't need very poorly. Oh well live and learn right? Lesson I learned is buy a different brand than bio bidet.
