Great features but watch out for failing parts
This was the second bidet seat we purchased for our home. It had great features and was a good price. Unfortunately, after only owning the bidet for 2 years, the lid damper failed. There is no way to just purchase a new damper so you have to get a whole seat. The cost was about 25% of what I paid for the bidet when I bought it. Also, the inside spray wand is already corroding. Seems like such a waste of money. I would not recommend this product.

Started leaking March 2023 after purchase in September 2020
We liked this product when we first bought it, but over 2 years, the seat soft close stopped working, the seat became very loose, and now it started leaking. I am looking for a good replacement. We have another more expensive (~$600) biobidet that we bought at the same time that is still working fine. I am disappointed in the performance and wanted to warn others of the quality issues. I expect this, for this cost, to last more than 2 years.
