A little unsure, but found it useful for cleansing. The added features of the night light, and heated seat (with dual settings) definitely enhances the value. Also, the fact that the wand rinses itself allays any fears that debris may build up over time. Installation was pretty straight forward, despite having to install an outlet. Also, the fact that the wand rinses itself allays any fears that debris may build up over time. Installation was pretty straight forward, despite having to install an outlet. Outside of that, it was merely a matter of replacing a seat, connecting the hose, and plugging it in. Pretty simple actually. A 'wish' would have been for a seat with a dryer since wiping after washing is a bit damp from just a drip dry. This might be something to consider highlighting so there is no confusion in which model to purchase. All-in-all, great product to significantly upgrade a bathroom experience without having to replace an entire toilet.  Read Less

To be sure you’re reading about the right one, I bought the ROUND bidet. The unit arrived in one large box.. Only the hardware (bolts, nuts, washers, T-valve) and hose required attachment. Installation was very easy. I did not use any tools to install the bidet, hand tightened everything and had no leaks. To be sure you’re reading about the right one, I bought the ROUND bidet. The unit arrived in one large box.. Only the hardware (bolts, nuts, washers, T-valve) and hose required attachment. Installation was very easy. I did not use any tools to install the bidet, hand tightened everything and had no leaks. The seat is moderately sturdy plastic with a lid made of plastic that is thinner than I’d like, but does the job. It’s a slow-closing lid, so it doesn’t have to absorb the impact of accidental drops. The interior measurements of the ROUND seat (the hole) are 8” wide x 10” front-to-back. The cord (see photos) is about 44” (1.1m) in length and extends from the side opposite of the control panel. I say 44” because I’m not counting the plug, only the cord. Operation of the controls is pretty self-explanatory through text & icons. It’s a different cleaning experience that’ll take a few days to get used to, but does a good job in the end 😉. My wife was noncommittal about buying one. After her first use, though, she said, “I think I like it. It’s different, but I like it. The warm water was definitely nice.” I agree with another reviewer who noted the air is blowing a bit left of center. I cannot speak to the effectiveness of the heated seat or night light. We returned it, but sadly they didn't have one that was round. She then purchased a different brand, round and more extensive one. The hot water didn't last more than 10 seconds (it was suppose to last a minute) before it turned cold, the remote was difficult to understand, and the seat was so uncomfortable. That one went back. Finding a round bidet is not easy as most seem to be elongated. We decided to install a new elongated toilet to accommodate the that style bidet. We ordered another bidet. Before doing anything, we simply sat on the seat. Uncomfortable!! That one went back and so did the new toilet. Before trying another, we decided to research all the reviews. We almost didn't get one as the things that were important to us had the worst ratings. Then one morning, we decided to go through the reviews one more time and this bidet showed up. We hadn't seen it before! The reviews were great and we decided to try it and we are glad we did! Nothing is perfect, but this comes close! The water stays quite warm and slowly goes to cool ( not ice cold) the dryer is sufficient, the remote is easy to use (my wife likes the auto clean button), the size for some could be a bit bigger but it works for us. The heated seat ( which is comfortable) is awesome and we have it on a low setting! If you've been looking like we have, you can stop here. I think you'll be satisfied. Read Less
