Functions as expected. Good build quality. This is the second unit purchased. This was an addition to the same unit purchased three years ago which works so well that we added another to a second bathroom. There were less expensive units available but why mess with success. Only one caveate, be sure to get the right shape, oval vs round. once the package is opened you cannot exchange it. That is the one mistake we made on this last purchase.

I have never left a review on a product before. My wife has wanted a bidet for quite some time. For someone who is a creature of habit, I never thought I would use one myself. This is a game changer. I went for the more expensive unit for the heated water. This unit is exceptional! Not only came with heated water but all the other bells and whistles, heated seat, water temperature control, auto sensor, night light, smart technology, etc... I can't ever see using the restroom again without one š. If you are reading this review you don't need to read anymore other reviews. Just buy it! You won't be disappointed.

First bidet purchase for me, I bought this off the warehouse. It came looking new as it should, and it does everything it says. Install was easy, no leaks first try. Seat is sturdy. So many features, heated seat and water. Night light is handy. It beeps when you sit, but its not loud. Warm water can run out before the auto cycle completes, but its refreshing either way. Not sure how I went 40y without one of these. Like everyone who has one says, buy one!

Works great for anyone with severe back problems
My spouse has chronic back problems and needed some help with personal care. This works great and I bought a second one. The first one installed as easy as you see on Amazon, but I had a chronic leak. Tried all the trucks I know and even consulted a plumber. I was able to finally fix the leak. I believe it was 50/50 on my error and the product. On the second one I decided to use some soapy wet liquid on each of the bushings. So they would not stick to couplings as it is...

THAT WAS SOOOOO MUCH BETTER. The second one took 15 minutes to install and not a leak. I suggest adding this to your instructions. A confident boost to my spouse and improved hygiene as well.
