Poor quality and service
I have 2 of these units and have had problems with both of them. The first one was purchased about a year ago and after about 6 months, the seat cracked. I contacted Brondell and they shipped me a replacement seat for which I had to pay the shipping and install myself. Not great customer service. I thought it must be a manufacturing defect so I purchased a second unit for the second bathroom. Now, 6 months later, the second seat has cracked and the seat switch has failed on the original unit. I will never purchase another Brondell product..
