I've been contemplating getting a bidet seat for quite a while. The two factors that slowed me down were 1. I'd not tried one before and 2. figuring out how to get power to the unit. I finally got to try one at a family members house and was sold. Once I figured out how to safely get power to it, I decided to get one (I've actually since gotten a second one for the house).
Installation was super easy... just make sure you have a GFCI outlet that you are using for power.

The overall unit is a bit bulky, but they all seem to be. The rear cleanse is very effective. Once you start using it, I think you will find it is your strong preference for this method for cleaning. I still use a small amount of paper for drying, as the drying function doesn't exactly dry - but is still helpful. This unit doesn't have "unlimited" hot water, but my experience, so far, has been that even if you run out of warm water, it isn't all that bad. I guess ask me again in February.
Part of my decision was the stainless nozzle, which I imagine are better than the plastic nozzles I see on some other units.
Would I buy again? Yes, in fact within a week I bought the 1400 model as well (mostly because it had two nozzles, which I thought might handle feminine cleaning better, and for the support of two users). I'm not yet sold on the remote control (vs on-board controls) of the 1400, but we'll see.
