Great product and value
The S102 Bidet Seat exceeds expectations, works perfectly, and is a great value. Very easy to install. The warm water feature is extra nice. Comparable to bidets experienced in overseas travel. The only limitation is the fixed "aiming position" that may require some repositioning of the user. Not a deal breaker. Higher level models have adjustable nozzles and are worth consideration (my next purchase).

Ok, would not buy again.
The angle of the jet seems to be a bit off - I have to squeeze my thighs together very tightly to keep it from spraying across the room. Luckily I have meaty thighs, lol. The underside of the seat is hard to clean which is not ideal because sometimes "stuff" gets sprayed there. The seat will not stay up which is not great for people who stand to pee. The dial works well but it's not very accessible for people who might not have good hand strength or fine motor abilities. Installation was straightforward.

We had a plumber install it with our new Toto Drake II and he had no complaints about the installation process. It works as described. Yes, it only supplies cold water, but that is not an issue in Arizona. Nozzles are positioned perfectly, seat is comfortable. Soft close is a bonus. Wish we had purchased this years ago.

Poor quality and customer service
I have two of these bidet seats. I purchased one a few months ago and love it, so I purchased a second one for another toilet. The second one is defective and the manufacturer will not admit it. The second unit is not aimed properly. Both front and back streams aim much too far forward. It gets you all wet instead of cleaning. I contacted the manufacturer and they say it's normal. I know it's not because I have a good one. I will have to trash this one having wasted $100.

Some will claim the tapwater temperature is too cold for their liking; we enjoy the bracing, refreshing effect—and our toilet paper use has been cut ten-fold. It also has a slow-close lid, so there's no "midnight clank" to wake everyone in the house. A great product, and have already recommended it to several friends.

This was easy to install, parts seem of higher quality than the Tushy, and so far it works great. I like that it's self-cleaning and out of the way when cleaning to toilet bowl. I also like the front and back options. No complaints!

Nice seat with bidet especially for the price.
I kept worrying with it being cold water that it would bother me but it actually doesn’t at all. I like that you can change the angle and the pressure, the toilet seat actually stays, I haven’t had any issues with it getting loose/moving around where as I had gotten my mom a “nicer” more expensive one and it did that after not that long. The seat closes slowly and it’s easy to keep clean. Only other con would be there is no dryer. Other than that I enjoy having it.

Have purchased several of these in Florida from a different supplier because they are not stocked there but was able to find it in New York Home Depots. Have not had any previous issues but for some odd manufacturing defect the spray is too forward to sit comfortably, instead one must sit forward to have the spray directed in the target area. The forward spray is in the same target area as the rear spray. Overall very easy to install, Bidet is well made & saves on TP.

After one use I knew I had made an extremely beneficial purchase. The bidet is easy to use, allowing the user to control the force and direction of the spray. I have been using the bidet for about 6 weeks and I have already recommended purchase to my friends and family. One of the questions frequently asked is about the temperature of the water. I was surprised that water temperature is not at all an issue. Friends are also wondering if any part of the bidet makes contact with the body and the answer is no. There is nothing negative for me to comment. With use, one can have an "after shower clean" feeling and assurance of fresh personal hygiene. My son was able to easily install the bidet seat with the connection to the water supply in less than 20 minutes.

Very Happy Overall
We ended up needing a plumber to install since we had a rigid supply line that needed replacing before we installed this seat. May not be necessary if you have better knowledge of plumbing. Very happy with comfort level of seat, and the two-position sprays are easy enough to use. Takes only a little practice to control pressure of spray. I would recommend this product.
