Everyone in the USA should have one in their house. Delivery was great. Had to purchase plastic t- valve from Amazon to fit my toilet fitting properly.

As good as our $1000 high end bidet
This is a simple and effective bidet. Non electric. Works flawlessly. Well constructed. Frankly, it is pretty much as good as our $1000 Toto bidet. Sure the Toto has many more features, hot water, air dry And other electrical features. But the Brondell does the job at a fraction of the cost and without electricity. Sleek looking and easy to install. It is an outstanding bidet. Highly recommended.

Very nice for our first bidet
We got this just in case COVID or the next disaster causes people to buy up all the toilet paper in the stores. Easy to install except the metal nut on the water line was hard to screw on the plastic male end under the toilet tank. Once I got that piece secure, the rest was smooth install. I thought the cold water would be a problem but seems to have no surprise when it cleans.

Good quality bidet easy to install - beware of the pressure!
Installation was easy and only took a few minutes. There are some good youtube videos on this if you have questions, but I only needed a pair of pliers to loosen the old nuts. Hand tightening is recommended and works just fine. Mine came with an extra washer that I didn't use. If you've never used one before my best advice is don't turn it on full blast the first time. It has some serious water pressure and can provide quite a shock if you're not ready for it. If it hits...

The first click seems to be a mist of some kind, and turning towards the second click is the jet. The cold water was not an issue even though I thought it would be. Turns out you're not as temperature sensitive down there as I thought. My only complaint is that it isn't available in off-white. It does fit well even though I bought the elongated one and needed the round. It still fits and works as expected. If you're coming from a standard toilet seat the build quality may feel inferior. It is lightweight plastic and can buckle when you sit on the top lid. The actual business seat is quite sturdy and doesn't move or wiggle.

Great product and value
The S102 Bidet Seat exceeds expectations, works perfectly, and is a great value. Very easy to install. The warm water feature is extra nice. Comparable to bidets experienced in overseas travel. The only limitation is the fixed "aiming position" that may require some repositioning of the user. Not a deal breaker. Higher level models have adjustable nozzles and are worth consideration (my next purchase).

The install was truly easy. Only needed tools to remove the old seat. It worked as described. Variable water pressure works simply and intuitively. Other than the water jet being cold ... it is really nice as it turns out.

A game changer indeed
Purchased two of these since they are non-electric and boy what a difference in our family’s hygiene routine. We have held off on purchasing bidets because most have required an electrical outlet… until this one came along. Excellent and simplistic design, easy to install and the ease of use makes this the best choice for our family. If you’re looking for a bidet, this is a great option. We’ll be purchasing more for all of our bathrooms. Great design, Brondell!

It will change your life
I was skeptical about it...but now I will never go back. You use a fraction of the toilet paper you would normally use. Excellent for those with a septic tank. You will always feel shower clean. Was concerned that it's made of plastic but it's pretty strong. If it doesn't fit the way you like the positioning front to back of bowl, is adjustable because of the bracket that holds the lid in place. It comes with everything you need to install and it's super easy to do so.

So easy to install and fit my elongated toiled perfectly. Absolutely no leaking from first install. The seat is sturdy and comfortable and the plumbing accessories seem well built as well. Sprays nice and accurately, hitting the right spots as it should. Very happy with my purchase and would recommend!
