The S102 Bidet Seat exceeds expectations, works perfectly, and is a great value. Very easy to install. The warm water feature is extra nice. Comparable to bidets experienced in overseas travel. The only limitation is the fixed "aiming position" that may require some repositioning of the user. Not a deal breaker. Higher level models have adjustable nozzles and are worth consideration (my next purchase).

Installation was so easy! Product works!

The install was truly easy. Only needed tools to remove the old seat. It worked as described. Variable water pressure works simply and intuitively. Other than the water jet being cold ... it is really nice as it turns out.

I Love the Dual Temp Eco Seat

I have been wanting a bidet seat for so long but didn't have a GFCI outlet. So finally they made a bidet seat that doesn't require electricity. I had access to my hot water supply under the sink so this was the perfect product for me. I love it.
The stream is very strong, the design is sleek and tasteful.
I can hear when my guests try it because they start laughing!!! Love the bidet!

Love that cold jet of water

We are two seniors who love this bidet. I was worried that the stream of water looked wimpy, but it isn't. We weren't sure how we would feel about the cold water, but even at 2 a.m. in an unheated bathroom in November, it's fine. We don't think that warm water would be an improvement. I like that the control knob is small. Installation went smoothly. We use about a quarter of the toilet paper that we used to, which is nice for a septic system.

Overall it is a good bidet. The reason I didn’t give 5 stars is that the hot water hose was an unreinforced plastic hose! I had to buy a reinforced hose to replace it. The knobs could be better designed; they are round and sometimes hard to turn.

SORRY WE WAITED SO LONG!

We ordered and received the S102 after hearing raves about the bidet from a friend, loved the fact that we could have hot water without having to install an electrical line.
What can we say, never felt so fresh and clean. We can put the baby wipes away, and the toilet paper savings are a plus. I encourage anyone thinking about installing this, GO FOR IT!

I love this thing.

It was not possible to plug in an electric bidet in my bathroom, and I wanted warm water, so this was perfect. Easy to set up (had to drill a small hole in the vanity cabinet to access the sink's hot water supply, but no big deal), good directions. I have a Kohler non-electric bidet seat in another bathroom, and I like the Brondell much better. While the Kohler seems a little better-made, the Brondell works much better. Highly recommend.

Love Love Love my Swash Bidet Seat!!!

I bought this Swash bidet seat only 2 weeks ago and couldn't wait to get it installed. Instalment was easier than you would expect. I used it as soon as it was installed and love it! My family was skeptical particularly since only cold water but after using it now everyone lines up to use the bathroom with the bidet!! I cannot believe it took us this long to get one. Now need to order more so all toilets in house have one!

Always wanted a heated, warm water, blow drying high-end Toto Washlet, but I have no easy outlet or warm water supply. I bought a couple of attachments that attach under your existing seat, but did not like how the seat fit over them. So I gave the Brondell a try.

Easy to install. I had to remove a rigid water line to the toilet tank and replace with a flexible line (not included). Other than that, this was a pretty easy install, even for those who aren’t terribly handy. You can see from my pictures that the included hose from the tank to seat is ridiculously long, but you can put a coil in it and hide it fairly well.
The seat is plastic, but is of decent quality. The color is a little different white than my existing Kohler fixtures, but it’s OK. The soft close feature is great. Controls are super easy.
I have very cold water in the winter, but it turns out that it is not bothersome. Using a bidet was a small learning experience. After testing the quality of the clean with toilet paper a few times, I recommend letting it rinse you for about 30 seconds to get a consistently pristine clean. I also have a few wash cloths that I use to pat dry as there is no drying mechanism and you are left pretty wet — it takes too much toilet paper to get dry. Brondell actually sells bidet cloths, which seem to be wash cloths with a little hook for hanging.
Overall, I wish I had done this years ago. Anytime I have to use an away toilet, it feels barbaric and unclean to use toilet paper. Don’t let cold water and lack of built-in drying stop you. Do this today.

Great value. Would buy again.

This is my first time purchasing a bidet. While there are a lot of bidets out there with various fancy features, e.g. heat/warm water, electronic controls, etc... and wondered if I would be missing out by not having those features, after purchasing and using the Brondell, I do not feel like I am missing out on anything. I also believe that keeping it simple means it will be less likely to break or fail.

The bidet has one job to do and this unit does it well. It gets you clean and allows you to use less toilet paper. The interface is incredibly simple to use. Installation was a breeze and included everything you need. As for the lack of heat / warm water, this may vary from home to home, but I do not find the water cold at all. (I do keep a fairly fixed temperature on my thermostat, so I suspect my pipes do not get as cold as they otherwise could.)
I will however add that my wife tried the feminine feature and found that the reach was not right for her. I can see how a woman might want one that offers more fine tuning. It is for this reason that I have given it 4 stars instead of 5. If you do not need the feminine feature, then this unit is a 5 out of 5.
Aside from the feminine feature, if I could add just one thing to my wish list, it would be for a bidet seat made of ceramic/porcelain. I do not believe one exists on the market. That said, while I worried this seat would not be as comfortable or nice as the normal ceramic seat it replaces, I actually found this plastic seat to be more comfortable to sit on, such that I do not mind at all that it is plastic. The plastic does keep the cost down and means I would not worry much if it broke and needed replacing with a new unit.
