Brondell Swash 1400 Bidet Toilet Seat Owners Reviews

I wasn't sure about having one of these things, but since it's been installed, it's the only toilet I want to use. It has great features, was easy to install. Some of the draw backs are: you need to have an outlet close by your toilet, the seat opening is small so it takes a little getting use if you have a more modern toilet with a big opening, the drier feature is kinda weak so don't expect much from it. But other than that the warm water and the other features are nice. 

Excellent bidet. Read the instructions and watch the install video first. Feature are top of the line - remote control, warm water, user’s settings, auto feature, sterilization, stainless steel nozzles, deodorizer, night light, water adjustment, dryer, and 3 year limited warranty. It does take time to get use to changing your life patterns using a bidet. 

Installation was super easy!! Works as advertised! Quiet operation, easy controls with remote and fits with the bathroom decor. The nightlight is especially helpful during evening trips. I love the 3-level options for temperature of seat, water spray, water temperature. You can also increase the heat of the drying function. Love everything about it! I've only had it for a few months so I hope it continues to function as well as it does now! 

We've had the Brondell Swash 1000 for several years and wanted to get a second one but saw that this new 1400 model was out. It's got some nice upgrades like the user presets (I prefer the water cooler, but my wife likes it warmer) and the night light is really useful as I go to the bathroom more at night as I age. It's a nice upgrade from the Swash 1000 but still feels very familiar. Would recommend. 

We purchased the Brondell Swash 1400 and absolutely love it. Only regret is not purchasing it sooner!! Goodbye to mounds of toilet paper!! The Swash 1400 delivers on all its features. The warm water and the warm seat are my two favorite features of the unit! So easy to install and operate! We will probably purchase 2 more for our other bathrooms!! We feel clean clean clean every day!! 

The bidet seat was delivered in great condition. Installation was fairly easy. I only had to replace my rigid water line from the floor for a flexible water line. Everything worked great and set up was easy. 3 weeks later we are completely satisfied. Everything works perfectly. The internal water heater is nice. My wife loves the heated seat. 

Feels like a spa treatment each time I use it. This is my first one and I'm glad I went with a higher end model. It was very easy to install. I've been using it for a month now. My behind has never felt so clean. Only minor disappointment was the drying sequence. I wish the airflow was stronger and maneuverable like a car vent. Overall though, still 5 stars for water temp, pressure, and adjustment. 

If loving a toilet seat is wrong, I don't want to be right. I love everything about this thing: the warm seat, the fully adjustable warm sprays, the deodorizer that actually works!, the dryer that sure, takes a while, but think of it as forced relaxation... just sit there and breathe a few deep breaths while you dry, and at the end you're relaxed, clean, and dry. I even love that blue light, though I wish I could dim it a bit. 

Love the bidet! All of the features are as promised. Water pressure is nice, remote is great, installation is easy, water is not always hot... but never cold, great seat. My only drawback is that it is both higher and sets you forward more. The seat changes a bit of how you sit on the throne. Moves you up and forward... for both my wife and I just a little awkward but not enough to not love it. 

My only complaint is that it stopped heating the water. And then, when I called Brondell customer service, they actually helped! First they told me how to reset it, and that worked for a while. Then when it went out again they gave me a discount on a better one. And now I'm happy again. (Ice cold water on the tush is not a good start to the day! )
