Easy to install and instructions that were correct 

The Swash 1400 Luxury Bidet is very good for the price. I was able to install it myself. It was relatively simple. 

Installation was super easy!! Works as advertised! Quiet operation, easy controls with remote and fits with the bathroom decor. The nightlight is especially helpful during evening trips. I love the 3-level options for temperature of seat, water spray, water temperature. You can also increase the heat of the drying function. Love everything about it! I've only had it for a few months so I hope it continues to function as well as it does now! 

I see how contracting professionals do their work. That’s not me. I take three times as long because I’m scared of screwing it up. That being said, Brondell’s manual and their videos made the installation of this piece super easy. The hardest part of the installation for me was figuring out an aesthetic solution for the power cable. This thing does everything it’s supposed to as advertised. 

This Swash 1400 was purchased to replace an older model that failed after more than ten years. We have two other “1400” models and decided to get another one rather than repair the old one. Since it was the fourth Brondell I’ve installed it took about half an hour and I didn’t need to read instructions. We now have the latest advanced features in our three most frequently used bathrooms. 

I love everything about this bidet. A friend recommended the Brondell and I'm so glad I went with her recommendation. It was easy to install and works perfectly. I love all the options available. I did have a small issue with the seat and had to contact Brondell customer service. I was so impressed with how quickly and efficiently they dealt with my problem. I would recommend this Bidet for sure!

The bidet seat was delivered in great condition. Installation was fairly easy. I only had to replace my rigid water line from the floor for a flexible water line. Everything worked great and set up was easy. 3 weeks later we are completely satisfied. Everything works perfectly. The internal water heater is nice. My wife loves the heated seat. 

After a lot of research, and dragging my feet for a few years, I decided to purchase the Brondell Swash 1400 over other brands that I saw & researched. It was a very easy install (by myself, without my husband's help, in about 20 minutes) and performs as promised. One of the things I liked about Brondell was the longer warranty period. Hopefully, I'll never need to use it but I hope they stand behind their product if I do. 

I wasn't sure about having one of these things, but since it's been installed, it's the only toilet I want to use. It has great features, was easy to install. Some of the draw backs are: you need to have an outlet close by your toilet, the seat opening is small so it takes a little getting use if you have a more modern toilet with a big opening, the drier feature is kinda weak so don't expect much from it. But other than that the warm water and the other features are nice. 

I just purchased a Blondell Swash 1400 Bidet and it is one of the best things I’ve ever bought for myself. I thought the price was reasonable for all the options on it. The quality is great and it was easy to install. I know there are more expensive bidets with more options, but this one works great for me. If you are considering purchasing a bidet, this one is a great option. Bidet King service people are alsoa pleasure to work with.
