Just installed and I'm loving the night light ! Have been using the Swash1000 model for 4 years before it crapped out. Bidet king sent us an email about the 1400 launch and so it was perfect timing. My husband loves the blue light and I can tell the front female spray is more effective. On the last model I didn't feel much of a difference for front and rear.

Best Bidet Ever!
The new Brondell Swash 1400 is great! I love the newer features like programmable user buttons for two users and the extended feminine wash wand. Although I've turned off the night light, I can appreciate that feature as well. The temperature control is wonderful, too! I am a 63 year old woman and was able to install the bidet without any problem. The directions are very clear, making it so easy to hook up. Thanks for offering such a great product!

Great product. We have a smaller bathroom so opted for this model because you can sit on the lid (unlike the others). Wash features work well and I like there are two nozzles - one for front wash and another for rear wash. So far so good!

The bidet seat is well made and works every time a button is pushed. It is attractive and it was easy to install. The only complaint from my wife is that it will not spray far enough forward for the front wash.

The bidet was very easy to install - the hardest part was disconnecting the old water line which was stuck on hard and took some Liquid Wrench, patience and physical effort to get loose. I'm an older woman and was perfectly able to install it myself with no help. I love the comfort of the warm seat, the ability to change nozzle positions, water temperature, pressure and spray width, the warm air dry, and the feeling of complete cleanliness. My only slight negative is that the front nozzle doesn't quite come far enough forward for a woman so I have to lean forward when using it. However I've read reviews of many other brands while researching to buy this, and this comment seems to be a very common one among other brands as well.

BidetKing has a great, well organized, highly informative website. We love our Brondell Swash 1400 bought last year. So we purchased a second one for the other bathroom this year. The remote is top notch, easy to understand (no confusing hieroglyphics like those on competitors units), and it is responsive. It's monolithic face makes it easy to keep clean (no crevices at button edges for bacteria to hide). The seat functions all work well, offering a wide selection of settings for each individuals preferences.We like the tankless continuous warm water. Another great feature is the separate spray wands for front and backside use. The interior night light is a nice feature too- more useful than we initially thought it would be.

Very pleased. Exactly as advertised. As some have commented, difficult to position oneself for anterior female cleansing, even with nozzle in most forward position. Would make the same purchase again, however, if I wanted to install in second bathroom.

Overall, the Brondell Swash 1400 bidet seat is much better an actual bidet. Overall, the Brondell Swash 1400 bidet seat is much better an actual bidet. The step-by-step installation video on Bidetsplus.com was reassuring and helpful. The install took less time than expected and was very easy. We recommend the Swash 1400 without reservation. We purchased the inline water filter even though we have a Kinetico water softener system. The claim is that the Swash 1400 and its heater will last longer by installing it. Since the filters cost so little for the benefit they provide, it makes sense to add this to your cart. At first, we felt a slight rise in the back of the seat, but we don't really notice it now. One possible future upgrade: It would be nice to have a dimmer on the blue night light.

It takes getting used to, but I love being clean all the time. One negative - the front wand needs to be longer, but you can wiggle around that.

I guess I was expecting more than what I got....
I guess I was expecting more than what I got. I don’t like the pressure of the water it’s not strong enough, no, it’s not my water pressure. I have to use the female cleansing option because the bottom side only sprays the back of my cheeks and gets the whole underneath the seat wet. I do admit it is cut my toilet paper use by 70% but I have to run the wash cycle two or three times.
