A well-rounded bidet!
A fantastic bidet with many nice-to-have features at a price of a low-level Toto. We've been using it for almost a year now, and it's been a game changer to our hygiene, as well as overall life quality. It was easy to set up, and has been working reliably all this time. It has become a natural part of our life. Also seems to have a minimal impact on the electricity bill! Would definitely recommend.

I installed the Swash 1400. Installation was straight forward and needed no specialized tools, Nothing complicated. It is sturdy but still has a sleek design. This bidet is amazing. I installed the Swash 1400. Installation was straight forward and needed no specialized tools, Nothing complicated. It is sturdy but still has a sleek design. This bidet is amazing. It washes comfortably with your choice of water temperature, stream width and water pressure. It even dries you off with warm air! I can tell we'll be using way less toilet paper. It even has two customize-able presets, so our child can have his own button, all set up for his small size. This model cost a bit more, but we're very glad with our choice, as we love all the features: heated seat, oscillating wash, warm air dryer, and replaceable deodorizing filters, and the Eco mode which turns off the power when not in use. This is a 5 star luxury bidet, and we feel like royalty!

Waited too Long!
Why didn't someone talk me into a bidet sooner? Bidet King was very helpful when it came time to purchase which I really do appreciate. The Swash 1400 has every option I was looking for. It was extremely easy to install. The blue light creeped me out after a few nights, but it was a cinch to turn off. Being all alone, I am using the "eco" mode but haven't noticed any perceivable difference in seat temperature. Maybe in the winter, but I can turn it off if it is an issue for me. If you're on the fence, I don't think that you can do any better than the Swash 1400.

Great features at a reasonable price. Easy to install and operate. Night light is a comfortable blue color. Heated seat works well and heats up quickly if using the eco mode. Good water pressure stream and easily customized. Only gripe I have is the seat seems pretty short if you are used to a regular elongated seat to compenate for the mechanics

Works great, good combo of features and price
We wanted a higher end bidet for our master bath and chose the Brondell Swash 1400 for the combination of features and price. It feels solid on the toilet, nice and sturdy The options to adjust the temps for drying, water and seat are a nice feature, as is eco mode to lower the operating cost. I also like beign able to move the nozzle back and forth during use to adjust for position. At night the blue nightlight is a nice touch. I'd definitely recommend it. Tip: When enabling Eco mode, the Eco light does not come on immediately upon activation. Eco light doesn't come on until there is10 minutes of inactivity. So, when you first activate it, don't think it didn't enable. It working and you just need to wait for Eco mode to kick in.

Very good purchase
Not too difficult to install, learning curve on the remote. Love the heated seat and nightlife feature. Still haven’t figured out how to put the night light on eco mode. Not a fan of the dryer the air just feels so cold. Hubby says it’s warm for him. Hope it lasts as it was an expensive purchase. Very well made. I would recommend.

Everything they promised
Been using our new Swash 1400 for several weeks and the things that don't work so well on other bidets like deodorize and drying, work great on this unit. Like how you can set it up to use minimal power and how much adjustment there is with all functions.

I'm very happy with my new Swash 1400. The customizations you can make to nozzle position, heat, water pressure and spray size are great. And I love that you can save your wash settings for up to two different users. The dryer also works very well for me. I will say that the deodorizer doesn't do much. And, it would be nice if you could also save the dry settings for a user, not just the wash settings. Finally, I'd like to see eco mode turn off the heated seat after 10 minutes, instead of just reducing it to low. Or, let the user choose which. But, it's a great addition and it really gets the job done!

Our 1400 was installed last week, so we are still getting used to its operation. That said, the bidet is working well for my wife and I, and at this price point it has all the features we would have expected in a more expensive interated unit. Pros - Easy installation, but do be aware of the space requirement for mounting plate. We have a one piece toilet with a curved mounting spot between seat and bowl that limits the bidet front to back location so part of seat front hangs over toilet. - Qual...
Our 1400 was installed last week, so we are still getting used to its operation. That said, the bidet is working well for my wife and I, and at this price point it has all the features we would have expected in a more expensive interated unit. Pros - Easy installation, but do be aware of the space requirement for mounting plate. We have a one piece toilet with a curved mounting spot between seat and bowl that limits the bidet front to back location so part of seat front hangs over toilet. - Quality of construction seems to be very good. - Operating unit is easy via remote. Our toilet has limited clearance on both sides, so the labels on the auxiliary control panel cannot be read. Not an issue as long as we keep manual handy or memorize location of three buttons. - We were initially concerned about having power cord and bidet hose hanging off the side, but they both tuck in nicely along side and rear of toilet and are not an obstruction. - We have not had unit long enough to comment on maintenance, but based on manual's text, it appears it will be easy enough. Cons - The manual could use some editing. Labels on illustrations are wrong (button references on remote for example). Also, operational quirks such as Econo Mode aren't noted in operation instructions. As an example, we couldn't understand why the unit wasn't going into Econo Mode as described. Reading through to the end of manual we found a section titled Special Mode Operations. It was there that we learned Econo Mode is cancelled at factory and must be activated using auxiliary controls key combination. Would suggest a reference to this in operation section. My bet is customer support gets a lot of calls on this one. Bottom line: we are happy so far with our purchase and would not hesitate to recommend it to friends and family.
