I am very pleased with my Swash 1400 Bidet. I looked into others before buying. I wanted quality along with simplicity. This was easy to set up with the online directions. I made sure that I purchased the right size toilet seat when I ordered so the reach would be accommodating. It’s nice that this also can sanitize itself too, along with dry & deodorize. Also, the blue light inside toilet is just right. 

So terribly glad I decided to get the Brondell Swash 1400 (instead of a small wannabe device)! Converted my new toilet into the bidet I have always dreamed of. Was indeed simple to put together. Controls easy to understand. Very clean results in using it and it keeps itself very clean. Built in nightlight very useful. I dont regret at all investing in my well being in purchasing the Brondell Swash 1400! 

Good but not as good as my (10 year) old one. Specifically the water splay and pressure is not as good. (And yes I have adjusted it) Also, it takes up about 20% of the back part of the opening to the toilet bowl. My old one took up 10% or less. But this one does have stainless steel rods and a self cleaning mode that are both a step up from the prior one I had. 

This is the top of the line bidet seat right here, I don't need anything else. Comfy, easy to install, heated seats, self cleaning, multiple settings for cleaning, dryer, easy controls, night light. I can't even think of anything else I might ever need. Brondell makes quality products 

I had this bidet for less than a year and it worked fine. Then one day it decided to just stop working. The nozzles wont extend and just dribbles out water. They will extend to do the "sanitize" feature but for nothing else. I tried all of the trouble shooting methods to no avail. Tried calling Brondell customer service - no one answers. Tried emailing - no one responds. Very disappointed and now I have to buy a different brand. Bummer!!! 

I had known for some time that I wanted a bidet, and finally took the “plunge.” I discovered Bidets Plus, and got a solid, well-founded education about bidets, and decided upon the Brondell Swash 1400. For me, the standout features of this unit are: * Sturdy seat you can actually sit on * Thoughtfully designed with nearly invisible water hose and power cord routing. * Large, easy to use remote control * Disinfecting cycle that requires no maintenance * Deodorizing fan * Attractive price This is the top of the Brondell line, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. This has been literally life-changing. 

This one has all the options to get the job done right. The water pressure and temperature control work well and the wands are self cleaning. The wand positioning lets you hit just the right spot too. I will never go back to plain old paper. The Swash also allows me to sit on the lid to cut my toenails which is rare in other brands. 

It is very nice. The toilet is round in the guest bathroom so we needed a solution that was round. All functions are very good. It would have been nice to have an enema spray for more water pressure (would have given 5 stars). The wafer batteries in the remote seem questionable, time will tell if that is an issue. Overall it was simple to install, looks good, low profile on the seat, and works well, at a very reasonable price point. The Wife likes the sanitation function better than our other more expensive brand.
