Just installed and I'm loving the night light ! Have been using the Swash1000 model for 4 years before it crapped out. Bidet king sent us an email about the 1400 launch and so it was perfect timing. My husband loves the blue light and I can tell the front female spray is more effective. On the last model I didn't feel much of a difference for front and rear. 

Installation was super easy!! Works as advertised! Quiet operation, easy controls with remote and fits with the bathroom decor. The nightlight is especially helpful during evening trips. I love the 3-level options for temperature of seat, water spray, water temperature. You can also increase the heat of the drying function. Love everything about it! I've only had it for a few months so I hope it continues to function as well as it does now! 

This is my first experience with a bidet. The Swash that was delivered was actually defective in that the wash cycles did not work if the water heater was on. Brondell customer support was very helpful though and walked me through some troubleshooting steps to determine the fault. Racquel was very helpful. A new unit arrived within 10 days or so and the new one works great. My daughter also has this unit and loves it, which is one of the reasons we bought the Swash. Great unit, responsive (US based ) customer support. 

I was surprised that it was so easy to install. The remote is easy to understand and use. Heated water, heated seat, oscillation, pressure of water, drying and last but not least, deodorizer all work very well. Drying isn't complete and some TP is necessary but that is no problem. Most of the time there is no need to use TP for cleaning. So the bidet does what it is suppose to do. We are very happy with the purchase. 

Easy to install and worked great for 6 months. Then one morning the spray stopped working. We tried cleaning the jet and checking the filter, no go. We then contacted the company by phone, email, and social media. We got one response but nothing further. It has been over 2 months and we have not heard a peep from them and have a sad expensive bathroom addition. Very disappointed. 

Currently own three and counting. All bidets are good, this one is great. With user presets the temperature, pressure and spray are always the way you want. Heated seat a lighted bowl are nice too. We’ve several friends that have purchased them too. They love them. And since this is a COVID year, you’ll laugh when your friends and neighbors can’t find toilet paper, then they’ll soon have one 

Has a lot of functions and works well, just wish the wand for cleaning your rear area extended a little more, and that the water jet had the ability to have a wider fan of water. I really feel like I have to sit high up on the seat for the to clean me well. Love the deodorizer function and it does help when smells a problem. I know I complained but for the price it's a great seat. 

This is my 2nd Swash toilet seat. I love them both. The newest model has a nightlight which is very useful. I love the heated seats and butt washing features. Fantastic product! 

This is the top of the line bidet seat right here, I don't need anything else. Comfy, easy to install, heated seats, self cleaning, multiple settings for cleaning, dryer, easy controls, night light. I can't even think of anything else I might ever need. Brondell makes quality products 

Impressive - purchased swash 1400 and it works very well - really like the spray width adjustment. Installation was easy - directions clear and simple.
