Brondell Swash 1400 Bidet Toilet Seat Owners Reviews

The Brondell Swash 1400 I purchased recently has been one of the greatest home appliance purchases I have ever made in my 25+ years of home onwnership. The Swash has turned a daily event into a pleasurable ritual fit for a king (and queen). It has literally changed my life... the remote control with multiple settings, seat heater and an LED light are just a few of the many features. I would recommend this seat to everyone! 

The booklet says there are seven nozzle positions. It appears to be defaulted to the middle one and when I try to set the memory for the last one (farthest from the original point), it doesn’t seem to go into the memory. I have to set it manually each time. My big concern with the nozzles, though, are that they just don’t extend out enough, and I have to maneuver myself to get it where it’s needed. With seven positions, I’m really surprised it doesn’t extend out farther. 

Excellent bidet. Read the instructions and watch the install video first. Feature are top of the line - remote control, warm water, user’s settings, auto feature, sterilization, stainless steel nozzles, deodorizer, night light, water adjustment, dryer, and 3 year limited warranty. It does take time to get use to changing your life patterns using a bidet. 

So far I have had very favorable Experiences with this bidet. The remote is easy to attach to the side of the cabinet within easy reach. There is a delayed time from when you press a button and actual action takes place, which made me think it wasn’t working the first time I used it. I like that two people can set and save their individual preferred settings. 

Installation was super easy!! Works as advertised! Quiet operation, easy controls with remote and fits with the bathroom decor. The nightlight is especially helpful during evening trips. I love the 3-level options for temperature of seat, water spray, water temperature. You can also increase the heat of the drying function. Love everything about it! I've only had it for a few months so I hope it continues to function as well as it does now! 

This is the second Brondell I have owned. First one started leaking after about 4 years so I decided to just replace it. Hopefully this one lasts longer. Obviously though, buying a second one, I really like having one. A few slight negatives though... blower isnt really very strong and doesn't heat quite as much as my previous one, and the light is too bright. Should be adjustable. Other than those two things I really enjoy it! 

We've had the Brondell Swash 1000 for several years and wanted to get a second one but saw that this new 1400 model was out. It's got some nice upgrades like the user presets (I prefer the water cooler, but my wife likes it warmer) and the night light is really useful as I go to the bathroom more at night as I age. It's a nice upgrade from the Swash 1000 but still feels very familiar. Would recommend. 

Just installed our new Brondell 1400 and so far, so good. Water pressure is perfect, adjustments of nozzle position accommodate both of us perfectly. Love that you can program it, but don't have to. Our other bidet seat (not a Brondell) finally broke after 12 years and the industry has made wonderful advancements. Love the sterilizing feature and the stainless nozzles. Easy to install. 

Feels like a spa treatment each time I use it. This is my first one and I'm glad I went with a higher end model. It was very easy to install. I've been using it for a month now. My behind has never felt so clean. Only minor disappointment was the drying sequence. I wish the airflow was stronger and maneuverable like a car vent. Overall though, still 5 stars for water temp, pressure, and adjustment. 

When it was time to replace our model 1000, we ordered TWO 1400s to give our guests some pampering too. We like these (and I get a kick out of Dan's videos) - BUT! We don't need to be seated with a musical fanfare. There is no added value - especially in the middle of the night. If it turns out all the noises CAN be turned off, I'll gladly up this to five stars.
