Brondell Swash 1400 Bidet Toilet Seat Owners Reviews

We love our Brondell 1400. It was super easy to install since we already had the plumbing and electrical done for our previous seat (from a different manufacturer). It functions well and the nightlight is a great feature. Of course, so is the heated seat, especially at this time of year. I highly recommend this seat and Bidets Plus - terrific customer service and really quick responses to questions or requests. 

I am using bidets for more than 10 years, so the purchase was a replacement for a unit that reached end of life. I knew exactly what I wanted but was impressed about the detailed descriptions and help on the bidetsPlus website. I did an intensive price comparison and bidetsPlus did win by a significant margin. Shipment was fast and the installation was finished in less than an hour. 

Installation was super easy!! Works as advertised! Quiet operation, easy controls with remote and fits with the bathroom decor. The nightlight is especially helpful during evening trips. I love the 3-level options for temperature of seat, water spray, water temperature. You can also increase the heat of the drying function. Love everything about it! I've only had it for a few months so I hope it continues to function as well as it does now! 

Excellent product! I should have purchased one of these years ago. I have looked at various manufactures and tested various different styles/brands of bidets. This one has by far exceeded my expectations. Easy and clear installation. It has all of the features one would want. The Dry function would be the most limited feature in its capabilities but one can’t expect it to be like a washroom hand dryer. I would recommend this model and brand to anyone. 

After a lot of research, and dragging my feet for a few years, I decided to purchase the Brondell Swash 1400 over other brands that I saw & researched. It was a very easy install (by myself, without my husband's help, in about 20 minutes) and performs as promised. One of the things I liked about Brondell was the longer warranty period. Hopefully, I'll never need to use it but I hope they stand behind their product if I do. 

We purchased the Brondell Swash 1400 and absolutely love it. Only regret is not purchasing it sooner!! Goodbye to mounds of toilet paper!! The Swash 1400 delivers on all its features. The warm water and the warm seat are my two favorite features of the unit! So easy to install and operate! We will probably purchase 2 more for our other bathrooms!! We feel clean clean clean every day!! 

I wasn't sure about having one of these things, but since it's been installed, it's the only toilet I want to use. It has great features, was easy to install. Some of the draw backs are: you need to have an outlet close by your toilet, the seat opening is small so it takes a little getting use if you have a more modern toilet with a big opening, the drier feature is kinda weak so don't expect much from it. But other than that the warm water and the other features are nice. 

I've had it about 2 weeks, and I absolutely love everything about it. We got the Brondell Swash 1400 Elongated. This is my first Bidet, so I can't compare. My husband installed it in about 30 minutes, and only one trip to the hardware store, to get a longer Bidet hose. I have Lichen Sclerosus. I am AMAZED that it has been such a tremendous help. Would love to get another for the Guest Bathroom 

Just installed our new Brondell 1400 and so far, so good. Water pressure is perfect, adjustments of nozzle position accommodate both of us perfectly. Love that you can program it, but don't have to. Our other bidet seat (not a Brondell) finally broke after 12 years and the industry has made wonderful advancements. Love the sterilizing feature and the stainless nozzles. Easy to install. 

The bidet seat was delivered in great condition. Installation was fairly easy. I only had to replace my rigid water line from the floor for a flexible water line. Everything worked great and set up was easy. 3 weeks later we are completely satisfied. Everything works perfectly. The internal water heater is nice. My wife loves the heated seat.
