So terribly glad I decided to get the Brondell Swash 1400 (instead of a small wannabe device)! Converted my new toilet into the bidet I have always dreamed of. Was indeed simple to put together. Controls easy to understand. Very clean results in using it and it keeps itself very clean. Built in nightlight very useful. I dont regret at all investing in my well being in purchasing the Brondell Swash 1400! 

This Swash 1400 was purchased to replace an older model that failed after more than ten years. We have two other “1400” models and decided to get another one rather than repair the old one. Since it was the fourth Brondell I’ve installed it took about half an hour and I didn’t need to read instructions. We now have the latest advanced features in our three most frequently used bathrooms. 

The bidet seat was delivered in great condition. Installation was fairly easy. I only had to replace my rigid water line from the floor for a flexible water line. Everything worked great and set up was easy. 3 weeks later we are completely satisfied. Everything works perfectly. The internal water heater is nice. My wife loves the heated seat. 

Wish we had installed one years ago. Easy setup. Nice to have individual user settings. Thanks Brondell. Will definitely recommend this product to others. 

Just hooked it up and glad I bought it from bidetsPLUS as they have an actual phone number that I can call and ask questions. They were very helpful and the price was fantastic. So, after the launch, I have to say I've never felt cleaner- this is the first bidet I've ever used. I did a lot of comparisons, and Brondell had the most features for the least amount of $ and the reviews were great. 

This was a breeze to set up, works great just like the ones you would spend 1000’s of dollars for. 

I wasn't sure about having one of these things, but since it's been installed, it's the only toilet I want to use. It has great features, was easy to install. Some of the draw backs are: you need to have an outlet close by your toilet, the seat opening is small so it takes a little getting use if you have a more modern toilet with a big opening, the drier feature is kinda weak so don't expect much from it. But other than that the warm water and the other features are nice. 

We purchased the Brondell Swash 1400 and absolutely love it. Only regret is not purchasing it sooner!! Goodbye to mounds of toilet paper!! The Swash 1400 delivers on all its features. The warm water and the warm seat are my two favorite features of the unit! So easy to install and operate! We will probably purchase 2 more for our other bathrooms!! We feel clean clean clean every day!! 

Bought this expensive toilet seat for my wife and she is delighted with it. The drier aspect isn't the best, but she loves everything else about it. I had to wire in a electrical outlet, because there was no such animal in the toilet area, but other than that, installation was a breeze. Very happy! 

Excellent product! I should have purchased one of these years ago. I have looked at various manufactures and tested various different styles/brands of bidets. This one has by far exceeded my expectations. Easy and clear installation. It has all of the features one would want. The Dry function would be the most limited feature in its capabilities but one can’t expect it to be like a washroom hand dryer. I would recommend this model and brand to anyone.
