Very satisfied with the purchase. I bought 4, for each of my bathrooms and installation was easy and quick. All I used was a flat head. However, there could still be some improvements: - 'Strong' mode could be stronger - Soft-close lid takes. forever to close Even with these slight drawbacks, the DR801 is an excellent product, and I would buy it again. 

Easy to install, all the parts were actually in the box. Arrived timely. 

DIY installation, works perfectly. The warm seat & warm water are most welcome specially during the cold, winter nights. Lots of options, & easy to customize to your preference. 

I bought this for my boyfriend as an upgrade to an old one that quit working. I connected the seat to the toilet, he sat on it to test it out (not even to use the toilet) and his *junk* was touching the inside of the rim! He jumped off and said, "I can't use that!" and I've quickly removed it. We're terribly disappointed. the toilet seat is too narrow on the front and the tank on the back pushes it forward slightly making it a terrible fit. It's unsanitary to have your netherregions touching the inside of the toilet!
