False Advertising and Terrible Customer Service

This model is advertised as having a “continuous warm water heating system”, which is a lie. It has a limited supply of hot water in the tank. The hot water runs out before the wash cycle completes. When I contacted Brondell to let them know that I purchased this bidet under the assumption that it would provide continuous warm water as their website describes, they told me I couldn’t return it because it had been used. How would I be able to determine that it doesn’t work as advertised without trying it first? Stay away from this product and this company. There are laws that protect customers from illegal practices like this. Toto has a superior product with superior customer service.
