I can't imagine living without this item. Everything is controllable, seat temp., Water temp., Water pressure, self cleaning nozzle, all with a remote control. Setup took me 15 minutes. Setup is super easy, just follow the directions. If you use it correctly, forget toilet paper. The only thing I would add is the dryer. You may need to use the dryer 2 cycles. That's what I do to avoid using any toet pressure. Highly Recommend, will pay for itself in a matter of months. 

The unit works well but pales in comparison to our Toto bidet toilet which cost 2 1/2 more. The unit was easy to install and worked as expected after spending 20 minutes reading instructions and playing with remote control. A visitor will not walk into your bathroom and intuitively operate the remote control. I custom fit it in our class c motor home. 

Almost everything I needed in the box. Had to swap out the hard pipe connection to the tank, but that was my issue. All connections, washers, nuts everything needed to complete this job was there. I added Teflon tape just for good measure but with the included rubber washers it most likely wasn't needed. The bowl fitment was perfect and the seat secured perfectly just as the online installation video illustrated. When the water was first turned on, not one leak! Remote keypad works perfectly. 

Absolutely the best decision ever made. Love the remote control and the pre-program ability for up to two people for the seat to remember what you like. You have to get yourself one of these. 

Purchased this for my 81 year old mother. She has a bidet on her other toilet but it isn’t heated (I can’t imagine….brrr!). She reports often how much she enjoys having this seat, which my handy hubby installed easily. She did mention that “One needs to have a PhD to work the remote!”, but when we tried it out for functionality after installation, it was easy to use; it just takes some time to learn all the functions. It’s still new, so hopefully it willl continue to work well. As of right now, I can recommend this product. 

Just love this product. Best decision ever made to purchase a bidet for the first time. So easy to use with the remote control! 

Very nice product. The only noticeable issue with it is warm water doesn’t last as long as hoped. Despite that we are completely satisfied with the remote and overall use of product. I also like the fact it’s from Korea where they are standard in most homes. It’s an investment worth taking; we’re very happy with our purchase. 

So we’ve had this over a month and the first bidet we’ve ever had. Bought it to decrease on TP use, but also the cleansing aspect. Really, really like it. Only suggestions are to not waste money on the drying option ( as mentioned by a previous reviewer). It doesn’t really dry well, so save a few bucks. Also wish the remote lit up at night so you don’t have to turn on the lights to use it at night. Update. It’s been over 6 months since we’ve started using this bidet. I like it more and more every day and recommend it to anyone who’ll listen. Do not hesitate to invest in this. BTW, I’ve been looking at moving and the first thing I look at when it comes to bathrooms is does it have an electrical outlet close to the toilet. 

This is our second unit. We've seen this type of product at a friends and we started doing research. We came across Brondell and everything we saw was good. We bought our first unit to test it out and see for ourselves. 30 days later I'm installing our second unit. Easy to install, takes maybe 30 min and that is figuring where to put the remote. Now, you need power by the toilet, so if you don't have an outlet close you'll need to add one. Our first one was easy since there was an outlet on the other side of the wall. The second one we had to have an outlet added. All worth it though, value for the money
