I like the adaptable heat and water flow/positions very much. The easy removal for cleaning is very helpful and the night light makes the bowl a beautiful blue glow...excellent for males who have to go at night. Meanwhile the price point and the amazingly easy install make it my favorite purchase this year. I give it two happy faces up. 

This is a reliable company and product. It's the second one I've purchased, and I've recommended several of the Brondell products to clients. I've never been disappointed with my purchases. 

So far, never having used this type of bidet before, things are great. Allows a quick, easy clean up, love the warm water and ability to move a bit and get everything clean I want. The dryer works well and the deodorize is nice also. I happen to prefer a room temp seat but you can set it to be warm. It would be helpful if the remote had bigger writing on it but I am learning it without having to read. So far, so good. I look forward to using it every time! 

This is the first bidet I've ever had, so am giving it a four just because I don't have anything else to compare it to. According to the plumber it was really easy to install. I would like it to have a longer cord, because when I renovate my bathroom I'm going to have to have an additional outlet installed. It seems to have all the bells and whistles as the higher price ones do. So far I am very impressed. Check back with me in a year and we'll do this again. 

My brother and I bought this for my Mom for her birthday. Having a bidet allows my Mother to keep her bathroom independence as arthritis takes its toll on her hands and wrists. She now feels confident in her cleanliness without needing any assistance or hurting her hands trying to clean up. I tried it out as well, and am thinking about getting one for my house too! Her friends are all jealous of her bidet! I think there's a lot of older people who would appreciate this. 

Used these when was in Japan and then with the TP shortage, just had no excuse not to get it anymore. Decided on this one and it is even better than what I had remembered back when I was in Japan before. Warm seat, heated water, the wash moves back and forth, takes away odors and a warm dryer at the end (the dryer is just so-so). Also, thought would need a plumber but watched the install video and had no problem whatsoever. 

I originally purchased this bidet model for my elderly disabled mother. She has physical limitations which make cleaning after using the toilet difficult. This was a lifesaver for her and her caregivers. I had a different bidet toilet seat and decided that I liked hers better so bought one myself and even decided to get an elongated toilet to go with it. Very easy to install. I love the Auto mode feature. 

Overall it is a good product, 4 stars because: 1. Warm water lasts only for 20 -30 seconds, after that it is lukewarm, however it gets warm pretty quickly after restart. To be fair, I also have a more expensive model with the exactly same problem. 2. Night light doesn't have light sensor, you have to manually turn it on or off 3. The seat at the back gets very hot when warm air dryer is used. Big plus - it truly fits a french curve toilet. 

I bought this unit on 04/01/2020. It worked great until around December, when the GFCI outlet it is connected with started to trip every time the unit was used. After I ran a few tests, I determined that the problem was related to the bidet. Since it is still under warranty, I contacted Brondell on 02/12/2021. I haven’t heard back. While I appreciate the guidelines for reviews, I already contacted Brondell so I have no other ways to have the issue addressed. 

We are really happy with our purchase. It was easy to install and has all the functions we wanted and more. The heated water is a plus, it does run out but it’s gradual so not a shock. The heated seat is really quite pleasant. It very much reminds us of our trip to Japan where seats like this are very common place.
