I like the adaptable heat and water flow/positions very much. The easy removal for cleaning is very helpful and the night light makes the bowl a beautiful blue glow...excellent for males who have to go at night. Meanwhile the price point and the amazingly easy install make it my favorite purchase this year. I give it two happy faces up. 

Bought this model for our second bathroom in our house. We already had a different brand bidet in our main bathroom purchased for about the same price last year. I really like this bidet, even more than our main bathroom bidet. The features are similar to our other one, but the seat is higher and more comfortable, water pressure is greater, build quality is decent and it looks very nice! I would definitely recommend this model to others! For the price, it has basically all of the same important features as the premium priced models. 

We recently upgraded from a manual bidet to a Brondell plug-in model. The bidet arrived quickly from BidetsPLUS in just a couple days. Installation was a snap, taking about 30 minutes from open the box to plug in and test. The features all work great: love the heated seat, remote control, heated water, choices for water position and pressure, massage and move settings…everything just works like it should. If I have a quibble, it’s that the dry function fan aims just slightly off-center if its target. Not a biggie. I can enthusiastically recommend a Brondell from BidetsPLUS as your next bidet. 

I've had my Swash for about 4 months now. The water temp is lovely, the warm seat welcoming, and the pressure effective! Improvements I'd suggest - a seat material that doesn't scuff so easily and larger print on the remote. I encourage all house guests to use the bathroom in the back so they too can enjoy the Swash experience. 

I'm very happy with the DS725. Easy to use, good quality, nice pressure and temperature. If I could suggest a change it would be to upside the writing on the controls. The printing will be too tiny for some to read. 

It seems to be a good product, but I wish the water pressure was more adjustable. 

I bought this a month ago. It was a breeze to install. You can set the bidet to spray at the temperature and pressure you prefer, and the system will remember those settings for the next time. But the system take a few seconds to return to your preferred settings during each use, which is a bit weird. Also the dryer certainly feels nice and warm, but it does not come close to actually drying anything. It would require a little higher velocity to be useful, which is not an option. Otherwise, I think it's nice and I'm happy I don't have to worry about another toilet paper shortage. 

It’s pretty good but I have a 950 model that has a stronger stream of water . Definitely works though . 

My husband had a bidet seat in his bathroom which I loved, so after much research I purchased this Brondell model. It is inferior in every way. • The spray is weaker and narrow • The water temperature drops after about 15 seconds every time • No matter how it is adjusted, it often sprays up onto the seat during use • The dryer is very nearly useless… weak and misdirected • Occasionally, the entire unit stops in mid-stream with the wand stuck in the extended mode and requires unplugging • The remote control is even faulty and requires being held upside down and pointed directly at the seat to function. When I contacted Brondell, they said no returns since it's been used. 

We have the S900 and we really love it. So we thought this one would be an upgrade. Let me tell you it isn’t! The worst part is that it is terrible quality and once you use it you are stuck with it. The dryer is pretty much a joke and there is no spray width adjustment. Even on the lowest pressure this needle like spray is painful and you basically have to do a dance while on the toilet to have the spray hit the areas needed. Add to that the fact that the water heater isn’t enough to stay warm thru the cycle and the seat heater doesn’t seem to work as well either. This product shouldn’t even be available. The S900 was terrific so consider that one.
