Liked it so much I bought two
I originally purchased this bidet model for my elderly disabled mother. She has physical limitations which make cleaning after using the toilet difficult. This was a lifesaver for her and her caregivers. I had a different bidet toilet seat and decided that I liked hers better so bought one myself and even decided to get an elongated toilet to go with it. Very easy to install. I love the Auto mode feature.

Awesome product
We recently upgraded from a manual bidet to a Brondell plug-in model. The bidet arrived quickly from BidetsPLUS in just a couple days. Installation was a snap, taking about 30 minutes from open the box to plug in and test. The features all work great: love the heated seat, remote control, heated water, choices for water position and pressure, massage and move settings…everything just works like it should. If I have a quibble, it’s that the dry function fan aims just slightly off-center if its target. Not a biggie. I can enthusiastically recommend a Brondell from BidetsPLUS as your next bidet.

We already have a Clean Touch Bidet and decided buy a bidet for our 2nd washroom. Swash by Brondell is a brand name which was important to us. We wanted remote feature this time due to limited space in the washroom. Both Bidet have stainless tell nozzle with heated seat, warm water and dryer. Clean Touch control panel has many colored lights for each function like seat and water temperature, nozzle position and water pressure. DS725 remote has fewer led's and all are red. Takes more time to lear...

Clean Touch control panel has many colored lights for each function like seat and water temperature, nozzle position and water pressure. DS725 remote has fewer led's and all are red. Takes more time to learn which red led is warm and which is warmer. Manual doesn't explain each led. CleanTouch has 3 power saving modes. Off (seat and water warms when you sit down), only seat warmer on, or both seat warmer and water heating on. The DS725 eco mode only reduces seat and water temperatures. They do not turn off in order to save even more hydro when not in use. Remote on DS725 works well regardless where its pointed. The very smooth surface makes remote easy to wipe, but makes feeling for the buttons at night a little harder. CleanTouch model did not have an auto feature, while the DS725 does. Handy if you feel like sitting for 2 minutes as its a 1 minute back wash with a 1 minute blow dry. Blue LED is rather bright at night as it shines right off the water surface. The CleanTouch LED night light shines on the toilet bowl, not on the water making it more pleasant. Don't be fooled by marketing gimmick by some brands claiming the blue led is some ultraviolet disinfecting feature. Its not. Installation was easy, just like many videos available on line from DS725 or any other make. Make sure you get the right shape, round or elongated to match your toilet shape.

Great Quality Product!
What a time to have your current bidet stop working, right in the middle of a pandemic (and toilet paper shortage!). Enter Brondell's Swash DS725! After narrowing down my options based on some of my "must haves" (seat warmer, dryer, and light) I landed on this bidet. It arrived surprisingly fast which was greatly appreciated! Installation was easy and straight forward. The bidet itself is fast and quiet- overall works great. The deodorize feature is unique and thoughtful. The only thing I wish it had was an adjustment on the spray (wide spray versus narrow). Overall I'm very happy with this purchase!

Spoiled like a King
I bought this a couple of months ago because I kept seeing ads for the cheap internet marketed bidet seats, and after doing a little research found that this was a much better route to go. The heated seat feature is awesome in the winter and it is always on so you dont have to wait for it to warm up. The wash feature and massage wash feature is wonderful and relaxing. My only complaint is that the dry feature is a bit lackluster and I typically have to run 2 cycles to feel dry, and the power cord could be an extra foot or foot and a half to accomodate a really nice instalation. I wish it was long enough to run it behind and under the back of the toilet, since my outlet was on the opposite side. Otherwise, instalation was a breeze.

Dryer is a joke. Runs out of hot water quickly, not even enough for one use. Sprayer is Needle like and not adjustable for width. Really just a bad product. But I’m sure they won’t post this. They don’t post bad reviews. We have another model that has plenty of water pressure and an adjustable spray with plenty of hot water. No dryer that doesn’t work anyway but a much better product.

Purchased in 2020. Seemed a great value to feature proposition. I'm really happy with it, when it's working. It was a little buggy while in warranty but I put up with it, as troubleshooting a toilet seat isn't the most fun job. Just outside warranty it got worse. Sprayer wouldn't retract or spray properly, remote doesn't always work, tank is starting to leak, and it pops the recepticle quite often. If you don't get the warranty support gets quite expensive so you might as well get another bidet.... Maybe from another manufacturer.

A huge disappointment and there are no returns once you use.
We have the S900 and we really love it. So we thought this one would be an upgrade. Let me tell you it isn’t! The worst part is that it is terrible quality and once you use it you are stuck with it. The dryer is pretty much a joke and there is no spray width adjustment. Even on the lowest pressure this needle like spray is painful and you basically have to do a dance while on the toilet to have the spray hit the areas needed. Add to that the fact that the water heater isn’t enough to stay warm thru the cycle and the seat heater doesn’t seem to work as well either. This product shouldn’t even be available. The S900 was terrific so consider that one.

I've had this now for about 6 weeks and purchased it based on the previous positive reviews, however I'm very disappointed with it and wish I hadn't have purchased it. While several of the features such as the light, remote control, heated seat and heated water are quite nice, the water spray just doesn't hit the target and this is main thing this device is supposed to do. I've tried everything, including changing the direction/position with the remote and it doesn't get to the areas it needs to...

I've tried everything, including changing the direction/position with the remote and it doesn't get to the areas it needs to get. To have the spray do what it needs to do, involves leaning way forward. The sensor then thinks you are getting up which sometimes shuts the thing off. The only way I can even get the spray close is to use the front position on the remote to spray the back area and then lean forward. Very, very disappointed.
