Japan + TP Shortage = Happy Bidet Seat User!
Used these when was in Japan and then with the TP shortage, just had no excuse not to get it anymore. Decided on this one and it is even better than what I had remembered back when I was in Japan before. Warm seat, heated water, the wash moves back and forth, takes away odors and a warm dryer at the end (the dryer is just so-so). Also, thought would need a plumber but watched the install video and had no problem whatsoever.
Awesome product
We recently upgraded from a manual bidet to a Brondell plug-in model. The bidet arrived quickly from BidetsPLUS in just a couple days. Installation was a snap, taking about 30 minutes from open the box to plug in and test. The features all work great: love the heated seat, remote control, heated water, choices for water position and pressure, massage and move settings…everything just works like it should. If I have a quibble, it’s that the dry function fan aims just slightly off-center if its target. Not a biggie. I can enthusiastically recommend a Brondell from BidetsPLUS as your next bidet.
Better than expected
The Brondell Swash DS725 is better than I imagined. I really am surprised how effective the Swash cleans. Directions are simple and the remote is easy to operate. The best features are the warm water, nozzle motion and drier. The biggest problem is the blue night light. Research has shown blue is the worst color for night light because it interrupts your sleep cycle. Change to a different color-like orange or red. Also, we had difficulty with instillation. Our line to the tank was old and we needed a replacement, and the electric cord was to short to reach the GIF so needed an extension cord. My husband was so discouraged he announced "I don't want one!!!!!!"
