Very satisfied with its design and functionality 

I purchased this about two weeks ago and installed right away. I am happy with its performance so far! One recommendation I have is the font size on the remote should be a bit larger so that senior users can see it better. 

So easy to install. We love the features and are very glad we got the model with the drying feature. The only thing that causes an issue is the location of the controls. They ended up between the toilet and the wall so they are hard to see. They are also a little farther back than we thought they would be so we use the picture in the instruction manual and find the buttons by feel. We probably should have gotten the model with the remote.

This is my 3rd Brondell Bidet. I cannot go without one. The Swash EM417 is comfortable. Easy to use with the control panel right there attached. I love it.

Great, high quality product. Easy to install and works perfectly as described. 

This is the second Brondell bidet toilet seat we have purchased. It installs very easily, and is a joy to use. 

Bought the first one in 2017, and it still works great after four years! Just bought a second one for another bathroom. Really like it and highly recommend!
