Wonderful product! I had the plumber install it with the new Brondell toilet. Why didn’t I buy this before? Amazing! It also heats the seat! 

Our item did not come with a remote control, so I could not rate that. I don't think you need one because all the controls are right there beside you. You can control pressure and heat as well as aim. We are very pleased with this product. 

Just installed this toilet seat by my contractor 2 weeks ago. So far everything works as advertised. The warm seat and warm water wash with air dry are great and comfortable. Wand washing works well to keep the wand clean. So far so good and time will tell how sustainable this is. 

Easy to install. It makes a bit of noise as it wakes up when you sit on it. The seat stays warm all the time. There are a few settings to adjust heat, strenght and position. It took some getting used to. I did not care for a remote. I can reach the controls easily. 

Very easy to install and operate. The seat warmer is my favorite feature I particularly appreciate the continuous warm water. I am now spoiled. 

We've had this installed for about a year on our Toto Ultramax 2 and love love love it. I really thought it would be more finicky (would stop working) and was likely gimmicky, but gave it a try anyway and it's neither. The heated seat is wonderful, the background noise it provides once you sit down is well, nice, the deodorizing element, amazing. All around I love it so much I'm buying a second. I'd have one on every toilet if I had a nearby outlet next to all my toilets. That's the only downside, it needs electricity. 

Had to run a plug to toilet the rest was easy installed. Work well heated seat ,water , and dryer. Get thing clean took awhile for to get the hang of it, work well.
