So easy to install. We love the features and are very glad we got the model with the drying feature. The only thing that causes an issue is the location of the controls. They ended up between the toilet and the wall so they are hard to see. They are also a little farther back than we thought they would be so we use the picture in the instruction manual and find the buttons by feel. We probably should have gotten the model with the remote. 

Go ahead, invest in self care. The Swash experience is highly customizable, and easy to use. After six months of owning ours, my only regret is not buying one sooner. I miss it when away from home. It doesn't eliminate the need for TP, but greatly reduces it. The drying function can be supplemented by patting with a soft towel if necessary. 

Just installed this toilet seat by my contractor 2 weeks ago. So far everything works as advertised. The warm seat and warm water wash with air dry are great and comfortable. Wand washing works well to keep the wand clean. So far so good and time will tell how sustainable this is. 

This has been a game changer for me coming from a cheap non electric model. My only gripe is that the drying fan is not adjustable. It is essentially pointless as it is aimed lower than my cheeks reach.

Had to run a plug to toilet the rest was easy installed. Work well heated seat ,water , and dryer. Get thing clean took awhile for to get the hang of it, work well.
