Brondell Swash EM417 Bidet Toilet Seat Owners Reviews

So easy to install. We love the features and are very glad we got the model with the drying feature. The only thing that causes an issue is the location of the controls. They ended up between the toilet and the wall so they are hard to see. They are also a little farther back than we thought they would be so we use the picture in the instruction manual and find the buttons by feel. We probably should have gotten the model with the remote. 

Our item did not come with a remote control, so I could not rate that. I don't think you need one because all the controls are right there beside you. You can control pressure and heat as well as aim. We are very pleased with this product. 

This is my 3rd Brondell Bidet. I cannot go without one. The Swash EM417 is comfortable. Easy to use with the control panel right there attached. I love it. 

Easy to install. It makes a bit of noise as it wakes up when you sit on it. The seat stays warm all the time. There are a few settings to adjust heat, strenght and position. It took some getting used to. I did not care for a remote. I can reach the controls easily. 

I purchased this about two weeks ago and installed right away. I am happy with its performance so far! One recommendation I have is the font size on the remote should be a bit larger so that senior users can see it better. 

Really irritating that the "Front" rinse is behind the "Rear" rinse button on your control panel. Completely counterintuitive. Don't you have any UX professionals working for you?
