Brondell Swash SE400 Bidet Toilet Seat Owners Reviews

I have put in a fair number of bidets (we have them in all our bathrooms, and now friends' bathrooms) - going back to the early Washlets (they were essential during Covid). This SE400 was by far the EASIEST to install (took 5 minutes if that) and the features are unbeatable at this price range. We've got 3 other Swash's (soon to add a 4th when we upgrade our guest bath) and I guess you could say I'm a dedicated Brondell customer!! 

Amazing product! I’ve had it since 2020 and only installed it now in 2024! I didn’t realize that if you have a proper grounded extension cord, you could plug it into that, so it sat there. I am over the moon that it is now installed and the features are so cool and everything a lot cleaner. The price was great when I bought it and even lower now, but is still very worth it! Easy to install by instruction, and not scary at all. 

We loved this bidet toilet seat when we got it. Now 2 years later, the water is only ice cold as it sprays. And the seat does not stay in place anymore despite tightening as much as I can so you have to take care when you sit. Now, I still love the heated seat and nightlight but unless it's 90 degrees in the house, I just can't use the ice cold water stream any longer. 

I have IBS and had to use so much toilet paper daily that I was constantly left feeling sore. I had never used a bidet before and thought it was one of those things besides the toilet. I surprised to see you could buy a seat with an integrated bidet machine. I decided it was worth a try and boy am I ever happy I did ! I feel super clean each time, am not sore anymore and barely need any toilet paper ! Would never go back to life without a bidet, guaranteed ! 

I purchased this seat for my father who has recently lost his wife of 64 years. Living on his on with health issues is always a concern. By installing this bidet it allows him to stay fresh and less fear of him needing to get a shower without a nurse or psw close by. It is wonderful, easy hook up and easy to use item and I highly recommend it to anyone. My husband and I are considering the same product now, thank you

One of the best investments we have ever made. Makes going to the washroom so much better. Saves on toilet paper too. If you are having gastro issues that lead to increased trips to the washroom this is a life saver. I have the brondell to go bottle now because of this for when I'm away from home. I cant imagine going to the washroom without my swash now and I will never not have one of these bad boys in my house. Easy to use. Easy to install. Worth every penny
