But I had it up in 15 minutes easily and safely. (Note you'll need to figure out / plan an extension cord). * Clear instructions * Heated seat makes bigger difference than anticipated. I now hate going anywhere but home for that advantage alone! It's so cushy on our tushy :-) * The bidet part also works great, and far better than anticipated for the price and ease. The water comes out warm, with numerous settings to shape, spread, temperature, and intensity. * Remote control is solid, robust, intuitive, and with great mounting bracket and magnetic hold. * I like it, but my wife LOVES it. She initially thought it'd be weird and uncomfortable but after a few tries, I don't think I've ever done or purchased anything that brings her this much continued joy and happiness (all through the month *cough cough*) Overall a great purchase. It's been reliable so far, if it ever fails, we're purchasing another one immediately and paying express shipping - no reason to live without it ever again :) Read Less

This is absolutely amazing! Our only experience with bidets was when we traveled to Europe and East Asia and unfortunately, our bathroom back in Canada was not designed to add a bidet. After reading several reviews of this product, we decided to take the plunge and buy a bidet seat. I am a female and work in the health care field, so plumbing is not my strength, but I could not believe how easy and straight forward the installation was. The installation and operating instructions are excellent and I was able to find additional information on the Brondell website and You Tube. Both my husband and I are extremely pleased with this bidet seat. We love all the features of the seat and especially how clean we feel after its use. My husband has a tendency to chafe in the heat and he has noticed a decrease in his symptoms. No more irritated bottom! The water pressure and temperature are adjustable and the "front" feature is perfect for women's hygiene needs. Our only regret is that we did not buy one of these years ago.
