We loved this bidet toilet seat when we got it. Now 2 years later, the water is only ice cold as it sprays. And the seat does not stay in place anymore despite tightening as much as I can so you have to take care when you sit. Now, I still love the heated seat and nightlight but unless it's 90 degrees in the house, I just can't use the ice cold water stream any longer. 

Just bought this due to the toilet paper shortage and to be honest I have been wanting one for years! Ever since I used them in Europe I thought jeez why doesn't all countries get these installed? I love our Swash SE400, the seat is so warm and comforting and the warm water spray is awesome. The only downside is the dryer doesn't fully dry my bum and the water sprays up on the back of the toilet seat but I definitely feel much cleaner than ever before! 

My husband and I love our new bidet toilet seat. It keeps up clean and tidy. The warm water is directed to hit all the right spots. The dryer works well, however, we need to dry ourselves with a bit of toilet paper first, and then finish with the dryer. We enjoy the warm toilet seat—quite relaxing. It is rather large, but it’s in the privacy of our bathroom, so not a big deal. 

I have wanted a bidet for awhile and finally pulled the trigger. My husband installed it pretty quickly, about 20 minutes total. It has worked well. I like the heat feature and the adjustable pressure. There is no going back now. 

We replaced a cold water bidet with this unit and it worked so well, we replaced the bidet we had for 3 years in our home with this one. We like the way it sprays, the way it heats, the heated seat, and the night light. All of it works together the way it's supposed to in both bathrooms. We think Brondell has hit a home run. We've had these units for about 4 months now and they're still working as they should. Installation was relatively easy. In the rv, I did have to find a way to get it plugged in. But the regular Plumbing was simple and they provided all the parts needed.

Overall the product is good. Nice comfortable with excellent seating, good heating and water pressure. The controls are comfortable to handle. However, the nozzle sometimes stay out and doesn't recede. Then it has to be pushed inside manually.

Well worth the cost above Tushy and similar bidets considering the many functions and ability to tune them. Heated seat, warm water storage, fan, retracting sprayer... Just need to make sure you have a socket nearby to plug it into for installation. Nice not to have to run a water line off the sink at all. Even has a UV light! Only small wish might be that the UV light came on automatically when the seat detects weight. (As it does that anyway) 

We don't know how we lived without this. We decided to go for this model and couldn't be happier with our purchase. It does all the things you want! Washes, dries, heats! 

We love our new bidet! The controls were designed to be ergonomically friendly. Easy to install. Very effective product for personal hygiene. Plus, for our cold winters; love the heated seat and water options.
