Very happy with our purchase
My husband and I love our new bidet toilet seat. It keeps up clean and tidy. The warm water is directed to hit all the right spots. The dryer works well, however, we need to dry ourselves with a bit of toilet paper first, and then finish with the dryer. We enjoy the warm toilet seat—quite relaxing. It is rather large, but it’s in the privacy of our bathroom, so not a big deal.

Excellent Product!!
Just bought this due to the toilet paper shortage and to be honest I have been wanting one for years! Ever since I used them in Europe I thought jeez why doesn't all countries get these installed? I love our Swash SE400, the seat is so warm and comforting and the warm water spray is awesome. The only downside is the dryer doesn't fully dry my bum and the water sprays up on the back of the toilet seat but I definitely feel much cleaner than ever before!

A fantastic product
Well worth the cost above Tushy and similar bidets considering the many functions and ability to tune them. Heated seat, warm water storage, fan, retracting sprayer... Just need to make sure you have a socket nearby to plug it into for installation. Nice not to have to run a water line off the sink at all. Even has a UV light! Only small wish might be that the UV light came on automatically when the seat detects weight. (As it does that anyway)

I love the Brondell Swash SE400. I feel so clean after using it. The warm water and warm air dry are fantastic. The massage feature is also nice. You will not be disappointed if you purchase this product. There is no remote control you have to deal with. Everything is on the right side arm. No need for batteries. I was able to wire an electrical outlet in the wall on the right side of the toilet by running a connection from an outlet on the other side of the wall.

Easy to use - features are easy to understand so you can get going right away and guests can use it without explanation. Works Great! - I feel so fresh and clean after each visit. I love the ability to move the spray forward and back to get everything washed away. Reduces toilet paper - Since you are clean and mostly dry, you only need a few squares of TP to pat dry. So much better for the environment and you feel so clean. Cons: The only opportunity for improvement is that a little bit of water spray-back gets on the inside rim of the seat so I will clean this more often to ensure it stays sanitary. Buy one and you will never go back to TP wiping!

This is my 1st time buying a bidet and I am super happy with this purchase! Easy installation, videos helped make set up super simple. This is the Bidet toilet seat you have been looking for. I did my research prior to purchasing this, and have no regrets at all. It has warm water, warm air dryer, and a warm seat - life altering bathroom stuff! It installed easy (in about 10 minutes), no leaks, no problems. No extra plumbing required, though it does need an electrical outlet close by. And it works exactly as I hoped!! It is a 5 star rating for us, with one minor comment to add : the water runs cool after about 40 seconds, but who needs more than 40 seconds of bum washing anyways? With the adjustable nozzle it works for both of us. We are stoked to minimize our toilet paper use and keep everything squeaky clean! Here's to slowing deforestation!
