My wife purchased an SE400 about a year ago and has absolutely loved it. When toilet paper started to get scarce I decided to order one for myself. Install was super easy and only took me about 15 minutes. The design is awesome and the operation is straight forward. It works just as it is designed. Well worth every $$ and it's helping the environment to boot. What's not to love? 

I bought this a couple of weeks ago to help with the lack of toilet paper and because let's face it, I just wanted it. The product has met all my expectations. It was easy to install but I'm terrible at any handyman type tasks so I still messed it up a bit and had a leak. Having said that, once I had someone fix it (took 1 minute) it was perfect. 

Awesome product. Great for feminine hygiene and it also helped with a case of hemorrhoids. Some might see it as excessive but as I’m getting older it provides additional pampering that I need and deserve. It was easy to install. I like the water temperature setting and adjustability of almost everything on the control panel. It was a Christmas gift that I’ll definite continue to use! 

I have put in a fair number of bidets (we have them in all our bathrooms, and now friends' bathrooms) - going back to the early Washlets (they were essential during Covid). This SE400 was by far the EASIEST to install (took 5 minutes if that) and the features are unbeatable at this price range. We've got 3 other Swash's (soon to add a 4th when we upgrade our guest bath) and I guess you could say I'm a dedicated Brondell customer!! 

I have wanted a bidet for awhile and finally pulled the trigger. My husband installed it pretty quickly, about 20 minutes total. It has worked well. I like the heat feature and the adjustable pressure. There is no going back now. 

Amazing product! I’ve had it since 2020 and only installed it now in 2024! I didn’t realize that if you have a proper grounded extension cord, you could plug it into that, so it sat there. I am over the moon that it is now installed and the features are so cool and everything a lot cleaner. The price was great when I bought it and even lower now, but is still very worth it! Easy to install by instruction, and not scary at all. 

I purchased this seat for my father who has recently lost his wife of 64 years. Living on his on with health issues is always a concern. By installing this bidet it allows him to stay fresh and less fear of him needing to get a shower without a nurse or psw close by. It is wonderful, easy hook up and easy to use item and I highly recommend it to anyone. My husband and I are considering the same product now, thank you 

We replaced a cold water bidet with this unit and it worked so well, we replaced the bidet we had for 3 years in our home with this one. We like the way it sprays, the way it heats, the heated seat, and the night light. All of it works together the way it's supposed to in both bathrooms. We think Brondell has hit a home run. We've had these units for about 4 months now and they're still working as they should. Installation was relatively easy. In the rv, I did have to find a way to get it plugged in. But the regular Plumbing was simple and they provided all the parts needed.

One of the best investments we have ever made. Makes going to the washroom so much better. Saves on toilet paper too. If you are having gastro issues that lead to increased trips to the washroom this is a life saver. I have the brondell to go bottle now because of this for when I'm away from home. I cant imagine going to the washroom without my swash now and I will never not have one of these bad boys in my house. Easy to use. Easy to install. Worth every penny 

Bought this a month and a half ago. Installation was simple and it looks very nice. It worked for 3 weeks. However, it will keep tripping the GFCI breaker every time one of the heaters is turned on and sometimes when no heaters are turned on. I am in process of trying to exchange it because I suspect it is just a faulty unit. But as of right now, I’m not impressed.
