Brondell Swash SE400 Bidet Toilet Seat Owners Reviews

We loved this bidet toilet seat when we got it. Now 2 years later, the water is only ice cold as it sprays. And the seat does not stay in place anymore despite tightening as much as I can so you have to take care when you sit. Now, I still love the heated seat and nightlight but unless it's 90 degrees in the house, I just can't use the ice cold water stream any longer. 

I am never going back to toilet paper. The Swash provides a wonderful experience every time. Installation was stress-free, and the blue nightlife is a plus. If you are a big person, I do recommend getting a model with a detached remote instead of this model, as the SE400's remote is attached to the side and can be covered up by large thighs. It's not a problem for me, but it is for others in the household. 

Great product, wish we had purchased the one that does not run out of hot water but that maybe something we look at for the next bathroom. The installation took less than 15 minutes, the light on the toilette is nice especially at night if you do not want to wake anyone up by turning on the light in the bathroom! Very happy with the product so far!

This was replacement for older seat. Love the blue light and shape of seat. Every home should have a bidet and this is reasonably priced. Great purchase. 

We are not sure why everyone does not own one. Installation was very simple and easy. My wife loves the heated toilet seat and I like the night light. I would highly recommend everyone purchase and install one. 

I love this bidet, it was easy to install and all the features are great. The heated seat, warm water, and night light are worth it. 

Bought this because it was one of the few that had an LED light with heated water and seat. I did not have high expectations but must say I have been quite surprised. It is well engineered and thought out. The electronic controls are near perfect. Is it perfect? no, but it is very very good and any changes I would suggest are mostly cosmetic. If they offered a bone or beige color to match my other toilet I would readily buy another! I am very impressed!! 

We really love everything about it except the night light. The features are easy to navigate and customize. It’s all anyone will need. But that radium-glow night light? Really? Thankfully I can turn it off! 

This is my 1st time buying a bidet and I am super happy with this purchase! Easy installation, videos helped make set up super simple. The features of this bidet are plentiful...heated seat, warm water options, led light, dry setting and adjustable pressures. For anyone interested, this is an amazing choice! 

I purchase this product a month ago and is very pleased with it. This makes the second purchase of a Brondell Seat. Out of both purchases, I like this one better. It fits perfect when it get to cleaning one backside after taking care of business in the bathroom. The water comes out hard to make certain nothing is left after taking of business. I love the blue light in the water. This product is well worth the price.
