I purchased this for my mom for Christmas, since she had expressed she’d been wanting a bidet seat. She lives in the Midwest, so keep in mind the water temp is so cold half the year. I purchased this for my mom for Christmas, since she had expressed she’d been wanting a bidet seat. She lives in the Midwest, so keep in mind the water temp is so cold half the year. I done extensive research prior to purchasing. I didn’t intend to spend so much on a gift but didn’t want to gift my mom something she would not like. I selected this brand and model and she couldn’t be happier. Anytime I see her, she raves about it. Her favorite feature, which I wasn’t particularly looking for in a Bidet, is the seat warmer. This model comes with durable and sanitary features, including the oscillating stainless steel nozzle. Easy to clean. Has a handy remote that can be programmed. Holds up to 275 pounds. Able to sit on when closed. Trusted brand and quality. Fit an American Standard round toilet perfectly. I also hired an electrician to install an outlet next to the toilet, which was another added expense but worth all of it to make my mom happy. Read Less

Best investment I ever made in my bathroom! Once you get a bidet you’ll never want to go without one again. I have been using it for about 18mo now, and it is still working just fine. Some features are pointless (the deodorizing fan and air dryer are basically useless in my opinion), but overall it’s been more than worth it. The heated seat, warm water wash, adjustable movement and pressure, independent remote control, and nightlight are its biggest selling points. For the price, I don’t think that I could have done better. It does not totally eliminate the need for toilet paper, I still use a small amount to dry, but it greatly reduces the amount used and leaves you feeling so much cleaner. **Caution for female users** Be careful with using the female wash function as I believe it may have contributed to a UTI. I used the female/front wash function for several months with no issues, but developed a UTI after about 5mo (I’ve never had a UTI before, and using a bidet was the only different thing in my lifestyle). It’s possible that bacteria was forced up the urethra with the force of the water stream, but I can’t be sure that it was the cause. Since discontinuing use of that particular function I haven’t had any further issues. Read Less

We purchased the se600 model back when the toilet paper was being sold from roadside vans for ten times or more the regular cost. Thanks to the plandemic for that. Well, the sphincter spa is still working like a champ! No issues, no failures or faults, even after moving from one house to another and re-installing it. For those on the fence about it, I would replace ours instantly if it did fail. Can't imagine life without it now. And yes, it has a multitud... Read More

We purchased the se600 model back when the toilet paper was being sold from roadside vans for ten times or more the regular cost. Thanks to the plandemic for that. Well, the sphincter spa is still working like a champ! No issues, no failures or faults, even after moving from one house to another and re-installing it. For those on the fence about it, I would replace ours instantly if it did fail. Can't imagine life without it now. And yes, it has a multitude of features and setting. From a gentle spray to a cavern carving jet that will destroy all Klingons on, near or around Uranus. Butt, seriously though, it has temperature controls up the wazoo, massage and reciprocate modes that would make even the finest power tools green with envy. Warm or warmer still heated air drying. Three level seat heater mode, soft close lid & seat, fancy blue light so you can see to hit your target in poor lighting conditions, etc etc etc. Do yourself a favor, don't sit on it too long. I didn't have a chance to install it right away, I was in and out of the hospital. Finally had it installed 7 months ago, and at first I loved it. I am disabled, so it was a God send, only one arm works, and it has a torn rotor cuff that won't heal. Then issues started coming up. At first, 2 months in, the LED light failed, and then the remote stopped working at all, so it was a reach around back to activate it, and all the charm was gone, only 1 setting, rear cleaning, no amenities at 4½ months... At first, 2 months in, the LED light failed, and then the remote stopped working at all, so it was a reach around back to activate it, and all the charm was gone, only 1 setting, rear cleaning, no amenities at 4½ months, during the next month, the heated water went out, even though I used Brondell filters @ 3 & 6 month replacements. It sure was cold, painfully to say the least. Then a awful sound started coming out at 5½ months a not-normal grinding and water spraying in a tube sound. This was followed by either no water at all or a weak stream. Now I have to unplug it and only plug it in as I sit down, wait for the grinding to stop, then a beep. And 1 out of 3 tries average will produce a very weak and ice-cold wetting of the bottom, no spray, sometimes as short as only 8 seconds. So many great reviews and so much comparing one to the next, and now it is DEAD. It will be sad to go back to having to ask assistance from my Home Care Worker... nobody wants that, believe me.
