I am very impressed with my Swash 1000. Installation was easy. All necessary connecting parts were included, and they were all high quality. The seat is attractive, strong and comfortable. The remote controller is a convenient size and well laid out - easy to understand and to operate. The bidet seat is installed in my personal WC and my wife has not tried it despite my encouragement. The remote controller is a convenient size and well laid out - easy to understand and to operate. The bidet seat is installed in my personal WC and my wife has not tried it despite my encouragement. So this review is from a male perspective only (the 'forward' wash has yet to be used). In short this bidet seat is excellent. Buy one! You won't regret it. I have two very small negatives: the wide spray setting could be a wee bit wider, and using the forward/backward 'Move' function gives only minuscule movement. Other than that, this thing is darn near perfect. If my wife ever gets on the pot, I'll get one for her bathroom too. 🙄 Read Less
