This is not a brand-new product. Upon opening the box, I found water droplets on the plastic packaging, likely from the nozzle, and defects on the manual and the plastic bag. I’m returning it.

Perfect product and excellent customer service. After nearly four years of use, I had an issue with the seat hinge. Concerned I would have to buy a new one since it must be out of warranty , I asked the AI for any support number and found one, called it and was immediately helped, part available and will be here shortly. the part was reasonably priced. The product works very well, I've used many bidets travelling in Japan and this one is a great choice. If it had not had a replacement seat available, I would have bought the same unit anyway.

I'm a long time convert to bidet seats since visiting Japan years ago. I've owned a few brands, the latest of which was from CleanTouch. The CT-2100 is easily as good if not better than other big name brands in terms of features and the bonus was that they provide service in Canada. The cost of shipping a repair to another country is too expensive. The warranty feature played out as my unit had an issue right at the end of its 2-year warranty period. after contact...

The CT-2100 is easily as good if not better than other big name brands in terms of features and the bonus was that they provide service in Canada. The cost of shipping a repair to another country is too expensive. The warranty feature played out as my unit had an issue right at the end of its 2-year warranty period. after contacting them I shipped it to CleanTouch and the response was within days. Their communication about the issues they encountered was thorough and clear and they more than followed through in resolving the issue in short order. To be honest, it was one of the best customer service experience I've ever had from any company. I highly recommend CleanTouch for the product and for their after sales service.

Best Customer Service Ever!!!!
After discovering how amazing this product was with my first purchase back in 2020, I proceeded to purchase and install them in every bathroom including my parents house, and my vacation home. Recently, I had one of them begin to malfunction and Jay and company were nothing short of amazing to deal with! One email and they immediately shipped me all the potential parts with explicitly detailed, easy to follow instructions for replacement. Couldn't be happier!

Just wanted to write an updated review on this product. We originally purchased this seat on January 1, 2022. It had a two year warranty. We very recently had some issues with a leak around the drainage plug. I contacted Cleanteck and they got back to us right away. Even though it was out of warranty, they were very cooperative in asking questions and trying to provide a solution for us after showing them a video of where the leak was, they offered to provide us with a replacement water tank fo...

Even though it was out of warranty, they were very cooperative in asking questions and trying to provide a solution for us after showing them a video of where the leak was, they offered to provide us with a replacement water tank for a minimal fee. It was shipped right away, and no shipping charges were even charged to us. They gave us some basic instruction and we were able to switch out the tank ourselves no more leak. Customer service these for an item out of warranty these days is usually non existent. But this company has definitely stepped up to the plate with their customer service. Thank you!!

Heating of water stopped
Poor quality product, the unit stopped heating the water within one year of owning the bidet. I suspect the element to heat the water has failed. I believe it is still under warranty, I will try to contact the manufacturer and I will put an update if they replace the bidet with a new one.

Great product , Amazing cutomer service.
This is a great product with great customer service. I had a problem with the soft close lid after the unit was out of warranty, I talked to customer service and they sent the part and all the instructions to replace it, At no charge not even the shipping. That does just not happen in this day and age any more. Every one told me only buy a TOTO seat, But I would highly recommend the Clean touch for the price and the great service.
