The CT-2100 is easily as good if not better than other big name brands in terms of features and the bonus was that they provide service in Canada. The cost of shipping a repair to another country is too expensive. The warranty feature played out as my unit had an issue right at the end of its 2-year warranty period. after contacting them I shipped it to CleanTouch and the response was within days. Their communication about the issues they encountered was thorough and clear and they more than followed through in resolving the issue in short order. To be honest, it was one of the best customer service experience I've ever had from any company. I highly recommend CleanTouch for the product and for their after sales service. Read Less

Just wanted to write an updated review on this product. We originally purchased this seat on January 1, 2022. It had a two year warranty. We very recently had some issues with a leak around the drainage plug. I contacted Cleanteck and they got back to us right away. Even though it was out of warranty, they were very cooperative in asking questions and trying to provide a solution for us after showing them a video of where the leak was, they offered to provide us with a replacement water tank fo... Just wanted to write an updated review on this product. We originally purchased this seat on January 1, 2022. It had a two year warranty. We very recently had some issues with a leak around the drainage plug. I contacted Cleanteck and they got back to us right away. Even though it was out of warranty, they were very cooperative in asking questions and trying to provide a solution for us after showing them a video of where the leak was, they offered to provide us with a replacement water tank for a minimal fee. It was shipped right away, and no shipping charges were even charged to us. They gave us some basic instruction and we were able to switch out the tank ourselves no more leak. Customer service these for an item out of warranty these days is usually non existent. But this company has definitely stepped up to the plate with their customer service. Thank you!! Read Less

I was a bit unsure about this purchase and have held off posting a review until I’d used it for an extended time. I am, somewhat to my surprise, very impressed by this product; it was easy to install (once I added a GFI plug close to my toilet) and has worked very well since. My use of toilet paper has dropped off dramatically - to just a few sheets per “visit “ - and those are to clean the seat/bowl area resulting from a sizing issue and wiping off residue water. It cleans very well, and I have seen an improvement in my general health since using this product. The only notable cons: * the sizing for my toilet wasn’t a good match and using the toilet is now a bit cramped due to the reduced opening that results from the size of the toilet bowl not meshing well with the seat - but it still works (please see my pic). * there is a fair bit of water residue left after a “cleaning” and “blow dry”; which is a bit frustrating, but is also likely due to my still needing to perfect the use of the settings and length of time of use. Overall, an excellent product well worth not only the cost of the unit itself, but the additional cost of electrical work to run an adjacent GFI plug. I didn’t price shop on this at all, so I’m not sure of the value of the sellers pricing, but am very happy with it overall and think it is very much worth what I’ve paid!
