September 2024. I purchased one unit in mid-2021 and another in mid-2022, both to help with an overweight parent with severe mobility issues. The result has been a major improvement in hygiene. The seat that is most used cracked after two years of heavy usage. The other one is still working perfectly after 3+ years. I have called or emailed the Clean Touch company a couple of times over the years and they have always been prompt in replying and helpful. Installation was easy enough and on both occasions everything worked the first time. When the seat cracked, they sold me a replacement seat and provided a helpful video to sort out the water and electrical components. The only customer service problem I have had was that they misplaced my invoice and the seat never shipped. When I emailed them a month later, they apologized for the error and sent me two seats, which I was very happy with. After three years of use, a few things to note: 1) Make sure you purchase the correct size, they have plenty of information on the website and in the product pictures. 2) Whenever you are placing/replacing the seat on the toilet brackets, it's important to make sure both sides slide into their bracket correctly. It can look and sound good; but, if you look under the seat when it is down you may notice one of the front standoffs is not sitting on the toilet. If that is the case, you probably missed the bracket on that side. 3) It is a good idea to use the self-cleaning function on a regular basis. The CT-2100 is easily as good if not better than other big name brands in terms of features and the bonus was that they provide service in Canada. The cost of shipping a repair to another country is too expensive. The warranty feature played out as my unit had an issue right at the end of its 2-year warranty period. after contact... Read More

The CT-2100 is easily as good if not better than other big name brands in terms of features and the bonus was that they provide service in Canada. The cost of shipping a repair to another country is too expensive. The warranty feature played out as my unit had an issue right at the end of its 2-year warranty period. after contacting them I shipped it to CleanTouch and the response was within days. Their communication about the issues they encountered was thorough and clear and they more than followed through in resolving the issue in short order. To be honest, it was one of the best customer service experience I've ever had from any company. I highly recommend CleanTouch for the product and for their after sales service. Read Less

I was a bit unsure about this purchase and have held off posting a review until I’d used it for an extended time. My use of toilet paper has dropped off dramatically - to just a few sheets per “visit “ - and those are to clean the seat/bowl area resulting from a sizing issue and wiping off residue water. It cleans very well, and I have seen an improvement in my general health since using this product. The only notable cons: * the sizing for my toilet wasn’t a good match and using the toilet is now a bit cramped due to the reduced opening that results from the size of the toilet bowl not meshing well with the seat - but it still works (please see my pic). * there is a fair bit of water residue left after a “cleaning” and “blow dry”; which is a bit frustrating, but is also likely due to my still needing to perfect the use of the settings and length of time of use. Overall, an excellent product well worth not only the cost of the unit itself, but the additional cost of electrical work to run an adjacent GFI plug. I didn’t price shop on this at all, so I’m not sure of the value of the sellers pricing, but am very happy with it overall and think it is very much worth what I’ve paid!
