Unit arrived quickly and was packed well. Installation takes less than five minutes. The only downside is that control panel is quite large. It removes easily from the bracket though to make it handheld.

I searched and searched for bidet toilet seats until I came across this one. I love the look and feel of it and it has all of the features that I was seeking and the price was the best I could find on the internet. I am having it installed in two days. I love the look and feel of it and it has all of the features that I was seeking and the price was the best I could find on the internet. I am having it installed in two days. I will provide an updated review once it's actually in use.. UPDATE: I love this bidet. It fit my toilet perfectly and it was a breeze to install. I wasn't sure where to install the remote and he suggested that we put it right over the toilet paper holder. I initially wanted it more out of sight, but over the toilet paper holder was perfect because it put it right in reach. I'm glad I went with his idea. In terms of the bidet, it's great to use. There are many features that I couldn't really appreciate until I put them to use. I don't know why it took me so long to get one of these gems. Update: I STILL LOVE IT.
