Love it. 1st bidet and this one works really well. We added a small water heater to ours as the sink was not close. We just do nozzle cleaning for a few seconds and then switch to spray and we get a nice warm shower for our bum! Easy to install, Water heater took a little more but was worth it. When I used it with just the cold it was a little jarring. This does have a bit of pressure so I am glad pressure is adjustable. 

It works as described, extremely easy to install, don't be afraid that the water for cleaning is not warm. The self cleaning is excellent and the drop down cleaning arms go exactly where it needs to be. It is not bulky or ugly looking. It's a very good buy and priced right. I would 100% recommend this bidet. You don't really need a lot of water preasure for it to do it's job.it is built like someone cared about it's a habit. Came without damaged .

The cool water takes some getting use to but it doesnt take long to get used to it. Works great. I like the clean feeling by using the bidet. Much cleaner than wiping with paper. There are easy to use knobs to adjust if desired. 

I first purchased this product in 2020 when the pandemic hit and shutdown everything. And toilet paper was barely available anywhere. The installation by my relative, took about 15 minutes. Now, after many uses I needed to replace it. I don't know if it generally needs to be replaced after 3 years but mine did. The part under the toilet seat had cracked under heavy usage and the hose started to leak. Yes, I still like the product and it got lots of use so to me it stands to reason that it would need to be, at some point, replaced. It is not an expensive bidet and for me it has the features that I need. Not having a hot water attachment is not important to me. I just need the basics and this product fit my needs. 

This device is awesome!!! Wasnt sure if I would like the temperature of the water on my bum but I dont even think about it as it is a non issue. 

I was skeptical at first, cause of the cold water, but it is quite refreshing. I do recommend this. 

Would recommend to everyone. Had a car accident 3 years ago and this is helped in the best way possible. Great water pressure yes it's cold but you get use to it fast and super simple to install, my hubby did it in 10 minutes.

Don't know how I ever lived without this!!!!! My husband, who is a handyman, installed it with just a little effort, and except for our water being too cold for comfort the first time I tried it, it works perfectly! (My husband also installed a "mixer" that adds hot water to the cold water to fix that problem ,so now all I have to do is remember to turn it on before I am ready to use it so that I avoid the "icy' shock of cold water!) I found I have to shift how I am sitting to find the "perfect" spot, but I love that it has male and female settings to change the angles and width of the spray! I will definately be ordering another one for our winter home in Florida! 

Easy installation, easy to use, wish it had warm water. Works great !!
