+ easy to install + good spray - unable to turn off the nightlight - stopped working within 7 months - customer support. While initially pleased with it, the product stopped working within 7 months and we were gone for one of those months. My previous bidet (different manufacturer) lasted several years without issue. I thought this would be an upgrade due to the price, but was sadly mistaken.

I've had the product for a little over 3 months. Overall, it's a decent bidet. I'd prefer a bit more water pressure on the highest setting but that's just me. I had it installed by my plumber at the end of a bathroom renovation and it was great until it wasn't. The seat started shifting shortly after which, okay, tighten it and it's fine. Where my issue lies is that the seat cracked about 3 months into owning this bidet. Because of the Crack, it doesn't sit right on the toilet anymore. I had a less expensive bidet before that and the quality was much better. Overall I wish I would've done a bit more research before purchasing this one.
