Can’t live without it
I bought this as a replacement of a previous bidet that stopped working. That manufacturer was less than helpful so I didn’t want to buy the same brand, but liked the features. I absolutely love this bidet. I’m not sure how I managed before. The hook up was easy (according to hubby). If you’re thinking about it, get it. You won’t be sorry. So fresh so clean. 😀

Worked well for 7 months, then died.
+ easy to install + good spray - unable to turn off the nightlight - stopped working within 7 months - customer support. While initially pleased with it, the product stopped working within 7 months and we were gone for one of those months. My previous bidet (different manufacturer) lasted several years without issue. I thought this would be an upgrade due to the price, but was sadly mistaken.

Coway Bidets - All have a manufacturer defect and company won’t replace
NEVER EVER BUY A COWAY PRODUCT! Coway has been spinning me a handicap person around for 2 months asking for all my very personal information and pictures and videos and they said the product that they sell was installed wrong. There is only one way to install a toilet seat and a plumber did mine. I had to even reinstall the seat as they were asking for dimensions of the toilet bowl and they should have all bowls listed to match their seat but they do not. Only 2 seats were available and as on...

Only 2 seats were available and as one can see in these pictures that someone inside is not designed properly and the zit went from a pimple to the crack that you see in the picture. I am glad I am part of many handicapped Facebook groups that share information of what good products are and I plan on making sure they all know not to purchase a Coway product.
