I received this product free from Influenster and Delta to review and then give you my honest opinion. This bidet toilet seat features warm water on demand, built in remote, front and rear spray options, and five adjustable water spray and wand positions. Easy DIY upgrade with a simple quick release installation. A wall outlet is required for the operation of the bidet. It comes with a limited lifetime warranty. Enjoy superior comfort and be the king or queen of your throne. 😁
I received this product free from Influenster and Delta in exchange for my honest review. This is great and the first time I’ve tried a bidet. It’s easy to set up. It has an easy to use remote to control all of the settings. I like that you can adjust the angle of the water and the water temperature. And I like the soft close lid. And it’s easy to remove and clean. The only downside for me is you need a close outlet to plug it in. I didn’t have a close outlet so I had to use an extension cord. I may eventually get an electrician to install a closer outlet. But overall even though it’s a bit expensive it’s worth the purchase. I’d recommend it.
Great, Simple solution as compared to a Toto Washlet which did not last.
About 2+ years ago we bought a Toto Washlet (electrical controlled, top of the line with remote control) for over $500. It worked fine at first few months, and then the hand held remote control stopped working. I called Toto, and after trying to reprogram it and a 30 minute debate they finally agreed to send me a new remote control (they are available on Amazon for about $180). Recently that newer remote control stopped working, so I went online and bought a new remote (for over $180) which...
Recently that newer remote control stopped working, so I went online and bought a new remote (for over $180) which again did not work. I next called Toto, when they walked me through the "reprogramming" of the seat to that new remote, but after 3 attempts both the old and new remotes still did not work properly. The agent told me that since this seat was "out of warranty", they would send me a pre-paid box so I could return the seat along with a payment of $175 and they would repair it and ship it back (with a 90 day warranty)! I don't think so. I next went onto Amazon when I found this new "Delta" mechanical seat (no electricity nor remote control needed) and installed it in about 20 minutes with just a screwdriver. IT works PERFECTLY without a hand held remote controller. But here is the kicker - I could have bought EIGHT of these Delta seats for the price of the ONE Toto seat which only lasted just over 2 years thanks to the defective computer controller!!! THANK YOU DELTA for coming up with a simple inexpensive solution for this very important feature for any toilet. This is a "no brainer"!
This is a excellent Bidet only problem is.......
I just received this Bidet a couple of hours ago. It is easy to install, comes with all the hardware necessary to installation. Seat Temp has a range of 5 settings on the remote control. This Bidet works as described. The reasons I gave it 3 stars is the remote comes without batteries first of all. The second reason is the hold down screws that hold the toilet seat to the tank were to small for the holes is my fairly new toilet. If I had not had other types of hold downs in my tools, I would have had to send this back. No where did I see in the item description the size of the hold downs.
