Item shoots only freezing cold water. And they have no service support

Product had all parts needed for the installation: cold and hot hoses including caps for unused hoses like the hot line. Installation was relativamente easy. Installed and performed as advertised and more. Note: the hot line came with 6 feet long and that was awesome. 1000 kudos to the design team for thinking of that.

My neighbour took ten minutes to install the bidet. It sits flat with no space under the seat. It works like a charm but cold water on your bum is a bit of a shock until you get used to it. Great value for money. Does exactly what it says it will do. I've been using this for over a year and it continues to perform perfectly. It is one of the best personal hygiene investments I've ever made. I highly recommend it. Five stars.

After visiting Japan, I realized how amazing a bidet can be! This attachment is not as sophisticated as those in Japan, but it helped convert our main washroom into a basic bidet. Everything you need is included in the kit and it was super simple to install. Once installed, very easy to use - again, not as sophisticated as the ones in Japan (which are all electronic by the way!!!), but does the job. Helps cut down on toilet paper and wipes (if you use those).

The only electrical plug in my bathroom is near the sink and too far away from the toilet. I saw this one where you can actually just hook the hot water up and no electric. I had my doubts but it actually works fabulous! The one thing I might mention is I do tend to run the hot water in the sink until warm water comes out before I use it lol if you get what I'm saying.. Cold blasts of water in your nether regions are not my thing..

I love this bidet so much. It was the only one I could find that didn't have unnecessary gendered labels. Other bidets had symbols for male and female instead of front and back. Easy to install and I love the hot water function. The only thing I would do differently is adjust the hot water hookup so the tube isn't so long. The time to wait for hot water is too long in my opinion and could be fixed, I'm just too lazy at this point. I highly recommend a bidet. Keeps me clean and refreshed. Feels amazing and refreshing after a long day. Plus, I love knowing I'm clean with nothing left behind.
